A mode with Modern Mode encounters, but Classic Gyms/Elite Four types.
Swap the first and second types of the Metagross line. (Currently the head gets the Steel type and the body gets the Psychic type.)
Add the option to choose between classic and modern mode encounter/trainer/gyms when doing a randomizer run with unrandomized elements (ex. wild encounter randomized, but not trainer should be able to have modern mode trainer teams if you want, especially gyms which have a harder and more varied composition than classic). I know it's technically possible to do it if you pick modern and then randomize it in game, but you miss out on random starters and the pokeradar will still display the normal encounters per routes
add an option to disable the change of nickname being asked after catching a pokemon
When you've nicknamed a Pokemon, do not return to the choice to change their nickname or cancel. Instead, return to the standard team view. I just changed its nickname; why should the interface default to having me change it again immediately?
Change the third gym puzzle. As it currently is, you have to brute force your way to the solution by checking every garbage can until one of them reveals the first button, and then you have to trigger the button next to it which either works or resets the whole thing with a completely random 50/50 chance. It's not fun and it doesn't test any skills other than patience. (If I'm wrong about how it works, then include some hint about how it actually works in the game.)

Altaria’s type should be swapped to fairy dragon like its mega evo to make it stand as a more unique addition since its going to be competing with Dragonite and Noivern. It would also fill in the gap of newly added fairy types since none others have been confirmed yet
Darkrai/Suicune fusion name should be moved one letter, to Darkrune. Reason being, as it is now, it can be misconstrued as a southern US slur for black people.
Is it possible to change Prof Oaks assistant quest on route 24, away from Abra to any pokemon with teleport? As it make it easier to complete on the randomized mode?
An option within the game settings to have 2vs2 or 3vs3 wild pokemon battles. That'd be awesome for finding pokemon with a stronger team, as well as helping people have a pure 2vs2 or 3vs3 runs.
Perhaps a 2vs2 or 3vs3 mode in the starting up settings so all trainers have 2vs2 or 3vs3 possabilities.

Have some sort of either feature or online application to help visualize evolutions of fusion? It's helpful to have a table or something to see when and how a fusion evolves (and see which sprites you'll get along the way!) and also could be useful for spriters to see which parts of an evolution line will be more likely to be gotten through evolution.
It would be nice to have an option in a Pokémon’s debug menu to limit the giant list of moves to only moves that that Pokemon can learn in the game. Or, to achieve a similar result, include a “X does not learn this move in this game. Teach anyway?” warning when selecting a move from the giant list. It would be a huge help when messing around with different move sets for future playthroughs.

Single Mon Wild Fusion Randomizer
I see alot of people post pics of their singular pokemon fusion runs as, all fusion bodies are Beedrill or weavile w/e, currently there is no option for the wild pokemon you encounter to ONLY be fusions of a singular pokemon, as in "Wild Encounter must include Fusion of Charizard", it could then have the additional options of the already existing randomizer such as Custom sprites only, degree of randomization (1-500) etc.
This way people could do single mon Runs without having to deal with egg breeding or having to unfusion/refusion different pokemon, recapturing the same pokemon for fusion material 100x times etc.
if you fuse Kyurem as a body you usually end up with a dragon body+ whatever the colors/features of the head pokemon is. Yet the fusion is not dragon but ice. On the flipside Kyurems head always has some type of ice crystal/ frozen face and depending on the body pokemon is a bird, snake etc. Yet instead of Kyurem head fusions giving ice type, you get dragon. So it really makes sense to flip Kyurems typing.
understanding that the level up movesets are gen 7, please add the moveset additions from the new dlc from the main games to this game. For example, give Empoleon roost, and Torterra shell smash.(If Togekiss can get it, Torterra definitely should too)

Increase the levels for some of the trainers in Silph Co. It's very easy to wind up overleveled for the rest of the building but underleveled for the rival and Giovanni fights on the top floor.
Option to diminish or disable white flashing or other strobing effects outside of battle. The flashing or strobing effects could be a potential epilepsy trigger and harmful to people with photosensitivity. This is exacerbated when using fast forward to repeat battle trainers while level grinding, or when navigating a cave or surfing and encountering several wild battles in quick succession.
Please add a randomizer setting that disallows pokemon prior to level 20 from learning fixed damage moves like Dragon Rage, Sonicboom, etc. Additionally, would be helpful to also remove Wonder Guard like Shedinja. This is for the purposes of Nuzlocke and Randomized Nuzlocke.

Can we add a quicksave and quickload button to the game, F3 quicksaves to the most recently used save slot and F4 quickloads to the most recently used save slot.

Can we get a soullink mode where one person starts the soullink can pick 1-3 other players to join them? How do the others join? A code would be given out to join the session to the file that's selecting soullink mode. This allows replayability as you can have people do a normal soullink, randomized soullink, or even a nuzlocke soullink.

In the Celadon Game Corner prize shop, prevent the player from purchasing a TM they already purchased. Accidentally selecting a TM you already have just spends the coins and you get nothing.

Switch Venonat and Venomoth's typing from Bug/Poison to Poison/Bug so their fusions' names make more sense. That way, fusions with the "Veno" prefix will be part poison, and fusions with the "Nat" or "Moth" suffix will be part bug. As a bonus, it'd give these underappreciated bugs a little more of a niche since there's already a bunch of Bug/Poison types.

Have a way to select a specific spriter to appear in the spriter art gallery. For example, have an option to "recommend" a sprite artist to an npc, which would cause that spriter's sprites to appear in the art gallery the next day.
Adding Aeroblast as a Move Expert move - the current strongest reliable special Flying-type move is Air Slash, which while not bad, pales in comparison to other types. Adding this as an option would offer a bit of variety. I think a good base requirement for this could be that the fusion either needs to include Lugia, or be of a typing fitting its sea storm theme, which I believe could be well served by combining Flying with any of Water, Electric or Ice.
Make not just Double Slap but also Double Hit a way to get Double Iron Bash from the Move Expert - Let's be honest, many of you may not have even realized these are two separate moves, and both make perfect sense in combination with being on a steel-type. Double Hit even technically works more like Double Iron Bash than Double Slap.

Hammer Arm as another potential prerequisite for Ice Hammer at the move expert - It seems strange that it is excluded from Crab Hammer and Wood Hammer, seeing that all three are "hammer"-based moves. Hammer Arm even uses a recolored version of Ice hammer in its animation.

Add Psychic Fangs to Girafarig as one its Egg Moves. Before you ask, Psychic Fangs does exist in the IF move data according to the wiki, its just unused.
Additional Settings for Randomizer Mode: Assuming this isn't already in the game or being currently Worked on, I'd think the randomizer settings for IF can be expanded in a lot of different ways #1 Prime Fusion Mode: All Single mons are replaced with their self fusion counterparts.
Additional Settings for Randomizer Mode "Artist Challengers" | Gym Leaders, E4, and possibly other trainers are replaced with Random (or selected) Artists from the Database. Their teams are then replaced with sprites made by said artist. (Based on the Artists Battles available in Goldenrod City)
I think it would be really cool to add a post-game tournament with iconic Pokemon characters with fusions based on their teams in the games/anime.
Move the text box for evolution to the bottom so it doesn't cover up the sprite

Add a "Hardcore" game mode that sets the difficulty to the highest, and also enforces permadeath on fainted Pokemon. It could force-release fainted Pokemon, or just prevent reviving/healing fainted Pokemon.
Remove or reuse outdated maps, such as one of the earliest versions' intro map, to help with the map limit.
Adjust the dialogue in modes other than Classic so that gym leaders and gym greeters tell you the gym leaders' correct type specialties. (In Modern Mode, they tell you the Classic Mode types.)
Have an item that keeps track of potential trades. Ever wanted a pokemon trade that was offered in game but don't have the right pokemon at the time and then totally forgot about it after fighting the next gym? The new pokemon trade tracker is exactly what you need! An item like the quest journal that just lists available trades that you've spoken to but haven't completed yet :)

If this isn't already a thing: save on number of maps by condensing some areas that share a title into larger single maps with a small void buffer (example: all Pallet Town building interiors are actually one combined map with different warps).
An item to give a Pokémon its hidden ability like has been introduced to the main games. - Without such a thing, some Pokémon could have their hidden ability only in randomizers, or can they be bred for?
Player Character Custom Sprite Selector: Similar to selecting alt sprites for pokemon in the pokedex, have the option in-game to change to different player characters.

I would like to, prematurely technically, speak against the removal of move expert moves after the inclusion of their signature Pokémon. - The acces to these moves was a clever feature, not just in gameplay, allowing new variety in movesets to Pokémon and types that needed them, but also in storytelling.
In a game all about fusion, synergy is a big point, here perfectly portrayed by a certain fusion gaining access to a rare move, without being too over powered. These also often include clever references, like Clefable gaining access to Moongeist beam. I even found fun in planning fusions specifically around the things the move expert could teach them. Reducing these moves because they are technically avaiable elsewhere would rob this feature of a wonderful, different purpose, even if its original intention was another.
if online multiplayer isn't on the cards, what about some form of splitscreen mode where you can assign an second trainer pokemon from your box and a second player can control them using a different set of keys on the same keyboard so players can either play with irl freinds or set up a remote connection and have pseodo online play
I would like it if you could earn money in rematches against trainers, it gets annoying having to challenge the elite 4 every 5 minutes when you need money.
Assuming this isn't currently in the works. Could there be a project to make overworld sprites for Trainers/Gym Leaders/Etc. to match their in battle appearance. Ie. Misty uses her HGSS Overworld sprite but in battle she's closer to her Classic/Anime Design.

In Rock Slide's case specifically, probably put it somewhere after your first trip to Mt. Ember, as it kinda trivializes the Zapmolcuno fight

Since part of why it is not getting added is its similarity to Midday, can we have Dusk Lycanroc as an alt for Midday? I think it'd be fair to establish Midday as sort of a dumping ground for Dusk-based fusions, anyway.
If Dusk Lycanroc can't be added, why not keep it's main difference of tough claws on Midnight Lycanroc by replacing Vital Spirit with Tough Claws? It's slower than Midday Form so it's not an unbalanced change, and we get to keep the main characteristic of Dusk, even if they add a Dusk alt to either form.
We already know that for fusions, the Attack, Defense and Speed are determined by 2/3 Head stats and 1/3 Body stats, while HP, Special Defense and Special Attack are determined by 1/3 Head stats and 2/3 Body stats. This sounds nice, but oftentimes it results in fusions with wildly unequal stats between it and their reverse fusion - after all, if I want to use a fusion with a cool sprite, I don't want to get randomly punished for not using its unsprited reverse fusion that has +80 BST somehow.
I'd like to see a feature where the player gets to pick, for each individual fusion, which 3 stats are head-favoured and which 3 stats are body-favoured. (ex. I get to pick HP, ATK, and DEF as head-favoured).
It ensures that a fusion is less likely to be worse in every stat than one of their individual ingredients, and helps solve the reverse fusion inequality problem I mentioned. It's also surprisingly self-balancing since you don't just get to pick the 6 best stats, and can make more strategic decisions for your team. (Also it doesn't create more broken fusions than already exist, see Blissey/Steelix as an example).
Can we have Persian have Tough Claws or Fur Coat over Limber? If Alolan Forms will get in, then just Tough Claws instead.
when playing with the randomizer option, give us the ability to set a minimum or maximum base stat total for trainers! would be a nice way to add immense difficulty by setting all trainers lowest base stat possible for a pokemon be like 350 or something higher even!
Unless Bruxish wins the raffle, add Psychic Fangs to the Move Expert on Knot Island, available to any Psychic-type fusion able to learn Crunch
Sunsteel Strike access to Espeon and Midday Lycanroc, Moongeist Beam access to Umbreon and Midnight Lycanroc at the Move Expert, both with the usual stipulations - Really, it's just logical that two Pokémon each so heavily associated with the sun and moon should gain access to it.

make an only mode for the Game.(This game mode would only be accessible when a Pokemon has no autogenerated sprites and only custom sprites).The player could choose the Pokemon that he only wants to have in the game and would experience the different custom sprites from that one Pokemon throughout the whole game

Combine sprite packs for the alt launcher. Currently just using the Full monthly sprite packs does not solve the sprite issues to use the alt launcher. There is a pinned message Hungry Pickle made of the base sprites people use including the indexed files for them for the Custom Sprites to be indexed. #downloads should merge them so we stop needing to have users download sprites in 2 different locations and having to move sprites to their Graphics folder multiple times.
My proposition: Trevenant shall get access to Spirit Shackle via the Move Expert.
My reasoning: it natively shares Decidueye's type, is a Pokémon all about trapping enemies, as does this move and it is literally based on a deciduous tree.
A move tutor double feature for Liquidation and Aqua Tail, two moves which in gen 7 were fairly avaiable by such a tutor, where the former is currently unlearnable still.
For the position, should the idea of implementing Olivine City ever come through then it would likely be a great place. Until then I would like to recommend the outside of the Seafoam Islands, and that it could be staffed by a male and female swimmer respectively.

Would it be possible to make eggs be coloured based on the pokemon in them, I know certain gift eggs already have it, but possibly to have them be coloured when we get them from the Day Care
I think it'd be neat to add an alternative start option that allows you to start in Johto and then go to Kanto after the league.
Make it so that we can get the other forms of deoxys but for fusions they all share the same sprite.
So for example if I fuse deoxys_attack/kyurem it'll have deoxys attack's stats for the head part of the fusion and kyurems for the body. And if I fuse deoxys_speed/kyurem it'll use deoxys speed's stats for the head and kyurem for body, but they will share the same sprite as deoxys_attack/kyurem.
This'll make it so we get to use these forms for fusions without the moderators having to sort the hundreds of deoxys sprites that reference these forms in their fusions into the 4 forms.
Make Haxorus learn first impression by move expert
When I fused my Beedrill with haxorus i thought “yeah this definitely learns first impression, after all it’s a bug type fusion and haxorus learns it by breeding in gen 8. There’s no way it can’t learn first impression!” But for my surprise, when I arrived to the move expert i found out it just didn’t. Now I’m stuck with Beeorus using the very boring X-Scissor.
Add ability patch from Sw/Sh - For those who dont know it gives HA to whatever pokemon you use it on.
Hard Mode / Challenge Mode that makes the game a fair bit harder, similar to a difficulty hack to allow people to challenge themself further in the game.
I'd love to see 1 change to the Quest Journal. Can you add a third button for the main quest in addition to the existing "Ongoing" and "Completed" buttons? I find myself always forgetting what I'm supposed to be doing for the main quest. It'd be great if it was tied into the existing quest system so you could have a reminder of what your current next step in the main quest is.

Changing the Default Sprites
This request is probably extremely hard to pull off, but what I'd like would be a way to default all the base pokemon sprites to Gamefreak Gen 5 and Showdown's Sprites for Gen 6-7. It'll save some people a lot of work of having to manually change the sprite of over 420+ pokemon.
make it so getting a fusion gives you the dex entries of its parts. it's super annoying trying for dex completion if you need to unfuse and refuse every time something evolves.

Since the friendship mechanic mostly does nothing in this game due to changed evolutions, can the Frustration TM be removed and replaced with something useful? Not that it's a good move even with friendship being a more relevant mechanic.

Can Buneary/Lopunny's Return could just be changed to a 100 base power move, rather than scaling with friendship (currently its power with maximum friendship is 102, for reference).

Hey guys, is there any explanation why certain pokemon stats aren’t updated? eg. Dodrio’s and dugtrio’s speed was in later gens, but only dugtrio’s speed is updated in this game (according to the fusion generator). Wouldn’t it make more sense to have modern base stats for everyone?

Make Oricorio bodies use their primary type rather than the flying type, as right now they don't get any use of Oricorio's main gimmick outside of a sprite change.

Can goodra & it's pre-evolutions be changed to the breedable side of the gender unknown group? I know that in the official games goodra has gender, but that always upset me a bit, since goodra's based off of slugs for their normal form and snails for their Hisuian, both of which are terrestrial gastropods, with the vast majority of them being hermaphroditic, including the ones which goodra's design is inspired from. It would be nice if the cool things about the natural world that are affirming to genderfluid beans like myself could be shown in something like this, completely understandable if it'd be difficult to implement, tho

Remove the "Would you like to use this sprite instead of the current sprite?" prompt when switching sprites. I don't even know why it's there in the first place when it would be so much smoother if you just directly selected the sprite and bam it's done. Along with the fact that it kicks you out of the sprites tab makes it so changing multiple sprites is a long and tedious process

It would be quite great to have a pokemon's "signature item" (e.g. Pikachu's Light Ball) work regardless of whether that pokemon is the head or body of a fusion. This would allow a player to have a lot more variety in their fusion rooster and still make use of their favorite pokemon's signature item, as otherwise one's losing on a pretty large amount of fusions one could be using. If the game was made specifically in this way on purpose (for example, I can see how this could make most affected pokemon fusions stronger), it'd be great to, as an alternative, be able to choose between the sprites of two pokemon fusions regardless of whether they are head or body (For instance, even if I have Giratina as Head and Mewtwo as Body, the pokedex would also allow me to pick sprites made with Mewtwo as Head and Giratina as Body). I am not a programmer so I'm not sure how this would be done, however, just as an idea, maybe the game automatically detects which pokemon are in the combination from the sprite name and gives you the options based on that? E.g it would detect that both a sprite named 1.4 and 4.1 contain the pokemon Bulbasaur and Charmander and when you make a fusion with that combination it would show you all the sprites that are named 1.4(b/c/d/e etc) and 4.1(b/c/d/e/ etc).

add support for multiple sprites for the same fusions, for example, you have 2-3 different sprites of the same fusion from different spriters, instead of having the game replacing the sprite, you could chose whichever one you want in the game. I know thar's unlikely to be added but I think it would cool. When you have have sprites both from the sprite pack, game dynamically downloading the sprites and also sprites from sprite gallery added manually, the game only choses one and it's hard to keep up which is which and which you want to replace, keep, delete and so on.

the champion on modern hard mode needs rebalancing OR the level cap for the elite 4 and champion needs to be increased. At best you're dealing with a 7-10 level difference on a team with Arceus and mostly REALLY good Pokemon. If you want it too still be a challenge maybe have it so the elite 4 reduces your levels if you're too high? Maybe make that the new "level cap" where if you're too high level it'll get reduced to something appropriate. Either way, the level cap has at least 1 issue and I would like it amended.
Change NPC lines so they don't tell you to go to the Pewter City Museum to revive fossils before you're able to. The scientist at the end of Mt. Moon, an NPC in the Vermillion City Pokecenter, and a Hiker at the start of Diglett's cave all have lines indicating that you can revive your fossil, but if you backtrack before you beat the third gym you'll just be told to come back later. On my first playthrough this resulted in multiple trips back that turned out to be for no reason.

I would like a battle tower like mode that puts you in a preparation room in which you have 10 random non fused pokemon (or not so random) where you have to make a team of 3 (using dna splicers... or not) to fight the battle tower, xy battle mansion style. You would be able to keep upgrading the preparation room using battle points or something giving held items, move reminders, tutors, tms, etc. Now I don't know if what I'm asking is super hard to do, I apologize if it is, but I feel this could be an interesting way to test the people's knowledge while taking advantage of the amazing mechanic this game has! Swap the types of all fossil mons so their unique typing ends up for head fusions aka their style; meanwhile their ancient bodies are the rock typing. This suggestion is both imho a logical choice as well as one that will allow a lot of the really cool head fusions for Aurourus, Tyrantrum etc to shine with their iconic type that their style and colours suggest.

Suggestion regarding Difficulty modes:
It would be great if "Easy mode" - the exp share all - was a separate option. Like Normal or Hard being one option, of how difficult NPC battles are/how good the AI is, and then a separate question after that of whether you want the exp share all turned on from the start. It would also be a big improvement if all these things could be changed easily once the game is started. According to what people have said, you can currently only turn the difficulty down (easier) and not up (harder), which doesn't really make sense to me because of course you might want to up the difficulty once you're more familiar with the game.
add additional move tutors that reflect the Ultra Sun and Moon move tutors so the movesets better reflect the gen 7 movesets it is based on. For example, add a move tutor for foul play and liquidation
Add Dig and Bulldoze to Lycanroc’s moveset. Game generally follows Gen 7 movesets but there’s exceptions, Lycanroc already gets Drill Run here where it only got it in Gen 8. Lycanroc gets both Dig and Bulldoze in Gen 9, and as a Rock-type having your ideal Ground move for coverage is very helpful. For example, if Lycanroc gets Bulldoze it fuses well with Pokémon with Technician. Thanks

Swap Kyurem types so that Kyurem head fusions are ice. Can Vileplume's moveset be updated to Gen 8? Currently it's in a very awkward position that it can learn all the moves from Gen 8 as long as Gloom learns them before evolving, but then the moveset gets updated on evolve and Vileplume can lose moves on unfusing (which then can't be relearned from the move relearner) creating an unnecessarily messy situation for players who then need to get another Gloom. It's basically a bug that updating the moveset to Gen 8 would fix

[add the ability to alter nuzlockes to do type nuzlockes as another form of challenge. Like you could select the type you choose and it could alter the starters and the wild encounters I’d say the trainers to like give them some Pokémon that could withstand the type you chose just in case someone chose say dragon or something powerful that way they don’t just truck through early game although that would probably be way harder. But basically if it could work it could maybe be like challenge nuzlocke and select type lock or not and then if yes you chose the type and that will change the Pokémon encounters so you can catch Pokémon in different areas that way if you pick a obscure or late game typing like dragon you could some semblance of a team early game and set up the gyms to have like a fusion that can deal with it either give them the resistance or strength to the chosen locked type. Steelix. It's a giant steel snake. it makes infinitely more sense that the body gives the steel type.
Aggron for a very similar reason to steelix. It's mostly a steel armored body. Hell, even the mega ditches the rock type to just become pure armor, it's the most essential part of aggron. Also I've tried my damnest to make Aggron work, he just doesn't. He really needs this change to be used.

bring back type exclusions. The starters are defined by their respective elemental types. Them ever not being that type seems weird. The same goes for Gengar, steelix, etc. Steelix is notorious for....being steel, especially since that's when the type was introduced, in gen 2.

Make Eeveelutions possible to triple-fuse in any unique combination of three. The in-game explanation that Pokemon have to be in some way related or similar to be compatible for triple fusion sounds like it applies to Eeveelutions extremely well. With eight Eeveelutions that figures out to a total of 56 possible unique combinations of three. While making 56 sprites is not an insignificant task, given the Eeveelutions' popularity I think it'd be pretty doable to get that many done for them, perhaps with the help of a community event.

Allow female pokemon to pass down abilities. It has been a feature since gen 5, and the only other way to consistently get hidden abilities is with the ability ball.
Make outbreak locations change depending on the in-game time rather than number of steps. This would allow us to change the outbreak location more easily by sleeping at a Hotel, which itself lacks much utility at the moment, and would give us a much more clear indicator of how much longer an outbreak will remain active
The ability to pick the rival's gender/sprite, given how little their gender is actually referenced it wouldn't require a ton of rewriting beyond the initial function and could potentially also be worked into allowing the player to pick from three trainer sprites. With the remaining two being used for the rival choice and the unpicked one being dumped as the player sibling. Would also work well with alternate sprites that people make as it gives them a bit more flexibility.
Change Gender stone from a Single Use Item to a Infinite Use Key item Since Gender has no effect on Stats/Evolution/Etc. It would be nice to have it for Infinite Use Customization rather than grinding for it. Alt. Make a unlimited use version of it separate from the single use item.
I love base stat mode, however it’s very difficult to do long stretches like caves and longer routes without tons of healing items. I need to heal after each fight. If you can automatically get healed after a fight that would be great. It shouldn’t heal status effects or fainting

If you have two different oricorios and interact with flowers in the playtest version, you will only be able to have the same form as both head and body unless they're unfused. The puzzle in the Regice chamber does not follow the rules of ice physics puzzles as the solution requires a leap in logic that the final stone will stop without anything to hold it in place. Also, the alternate solution to the puzzle did not trigger this response when attempted. Suggestion would be to alter the puzzle to respect ice physics puzzles in some way, or to change the hint to indicate the logical leap.

Would it be possible to move the held battle items (Life Orb, Lefties, Focus Sash, etc) into the Battle Items bag slot? This would make sorting through the main bag slot less... time consuming, given all the field tools, evolution items, and miscellaneous other things that go in there. It would also mean the Battle Item bag slot would get some more serious use, as very few things end up in there anyway.
If at all possible, make it so all Pokemon that can appear on a route, are in all 3 time slots, perhaps just make the encounter rates a bit on the lower side outside of their normal encounter times. This would help fix a slight issue with radar chaining for shiny Pokemon braking due to the Pokemon vanishing from the encounter list for that time of day.

Add more NPCs to Sevii Islands and make more of the rematchable. Currently almost sll of them are one and done so there's no reason to keep exploring and training between the islands. Its a big waste to have the NPCs stay on the map but not able to rebattle.
People have been really bummed that Lycanroc Dusk is not included since we are left without access to Tough Claws,
Since Lycanroc would be the only way to get access to Tough Claws outside of Barbaracle (not in the game yet) or Megas (Def not gonna be in the game)

Looking over the abilities I think it would be best to give Tough Claws to Midnight form to replace Keen Eye.
The logic here would be to further differenciate the two forms plus gives people some incentive to what sort of playstyle they want while also balancing the ability.
Midday would have access to Sand Rush, Keen Eye, Steadfast, which would give the fast rock type style that its going for.
While Midnight would have access to Tough Claws, No Guard, and Vital Spirit to have better payoffs for the fusions that take it for a more riskier and defensive playstyle.
If people do combine Midday and Midnight forms for the Dusk form alt then it would have access to Accelerock and Tough Claws like it would normally have.

This suggestion may spoil something in the post-game, so yeah, here's your spoiler warning. During part of the Necrozma questline, you get to enter the Safari Zone without the usual Safari Zone mechanics. You get to roam around without a step limit and face the wild Pokémon just like anywhere else. However, once you finish that part of the Necrozma questline, you can't do that anymore. This may be a bit contentious, but players should be able to choose from then on whether they want to enter the Safari Zone in regular mode or in safari mode, since you had the option of doing that for a small part of the game.
If togepi was given Shell Smash for IF only, then pokemon that can learn it such as Blastiose should also get.
If your using Gen 7 move mechanics, why does togepi have it?
It would be useful to have an option that allows for easier access to the Pokeradar in randomized runs. Like, a setting that gives it to you from the start or right when you meet Oak's assistant in Cerulean city, that way you don't have to just hope you stumble across an Abra at some point in your randomizer.

Move the "nickname" option to the bottom of the party menu. Unless you're changing fusions a lot it isn't used as frequently, and can mess with muscle memory for players used to swapping or selecting moves such as fly/teleport through this menu.
When you fuse two pokemon together, you should be able to get one of the pokemon's pokeballs back. Otherwise what happens to it? Does it just get tossed out?

Can you add a way to change the typing of fusions? Some of them have custom sprites for only one side of the combinaton.
If the game is nearing it’s map limit, why not make save data compatible between this version and another? You could then organize the story to be Johto/Kanto then Unova/Kalos or whichever combination without engine limitations.

Rewording my previous fusion suggestion in case it was misunderstood, I’m not asking for any type to be available for fusions. Just realistic ones.
For example:
Lets say I fuse (basically anything) + a relatively new pokemon like Noivern
if I want the dragon type it’s usually just the automatically generated version with face plastered on and the type that is like Fire/Flying is really good.
I want the option to make the fire flying: Fire/Dragon or Flying/Dragon
adding a possible Non-binary option? Even if its just pronouns for character.
I timed myself doing the Game Corner slots on one of the lucky slot machines as quickly as I possibly could while writing down the payouts. Here's what I got:
It took me 7 minutes on the dot to earn 1025 coins over 148 payouts.
Average payout was a 7-coin profit and took just under 3 seconds to complete. (This is while the game is on max speed so the animations take as little time as possible.)
If I want to buy one of the 4000-coin TMs (Flamethrower, Ice Beam, or Thunderbolt), it requires 27 minutes of nonstop grinding at max game speed on the lucky coin slot machine. Multiply that by 3 if I want all three, and we're looking at just under an hour and a half. What am I doing for that time? I'm not playing a game. I'm button mashing. I'm button mashing for hours. It's mindless and tiring and tedious.
I don't mind spending time at the Game Corner to earn things. But it feels like far too much time for the return. I want to play Infinite Fusion, which is interesting and beautiful and silly and overall one of my favorite games of all time. The Game Corner? It's a guaranteed minimum of an hour and a half of no fun in the middle of an otherwise wonderful experience and it makes me sad.
Bottom line: please increase Game Corner coin payouts and/or reduce prize shop prices.
Make roulette a playable coin case minigame inside the SS Anne, using Roulette from RSE as a basis, giving you a reason to go to the Anne with the coin case in the first place. You can already do it, but there's not a ton of reason to and the tables are there, but disappointingly do nothing.
Impliment a way to extend the length of the in-game day/night cycle. 24 minute days only gives a couple minutes in each period to catch anything, and then you have to wait for it to come back.

Two suggestions this time, the first is for pokemon you catch or own, or that are transferred to ng+ to obey you even past your gym badges. The new games do this now where only traded pokemon follow that rule, and if you overlevel your pokemon you shouldn't be punished for that, the rule for it only stops you from going over gym leader level, and also realistically they wouldn't just ignore you under that standard.
Second suggestion: Please rebalance mankey paw individually or including no guard and other guaranteed hit mechanics, if it's overpowered just change the chance to crit to 80, 70 or even as low as 50% bonus. Because not hitting at all is incredibly annoying and also doesn't make it worthwhile to use at all, you're just better off using swords dance twice.

I don't know how difficult this would be to implement, but I think it could be fun to have the option to select in-battle and out-of-battle Pokemon sprites separately. For example, you could have Bulbasaur sitting down and relaxing in your party, but in a more active pose in a battle. It's just a little detail that could add a lot of charm to the game and grant an opportunity to show off more alt sprites for the Pokemon that have them.
If possible, add in a new "Junk Collector" NPC that will buy anything like the marts do, but depending on the item, he will pay more or less than a mart would.
Every type should have a basic physical and special move of 70-90 base power associated with it for the fusion tutors so that no matter which pokemon you take in an unconventional direction, it'll at least have access to basic STAB. (Like physical gardevoir fusions getting access to play rough, for example.)
I was anxious if suggesting this due to the potential effort for a sprite sheet until I saw character customization announced. The overworld sprites of general trainers not matching their given battle portraits has always been a pet peave of mine. The sprite used for the gambler/gamer trainer class specifically has always gotten under my nerves even in frlg. I would wholeheartedly dunk some time into fixing the old man myself once I get a chance, however, I would like to shoot my shot and see if eventually it could be arranged for us to come together to make the trainer battle sprites consistent with the over world sprites down the line once character customization is sorted out and implimented

I'm sure this has been suggested already, but I think it would be neat if we could choose between old and new sprites when we import new ones manually, because its impossible to remember every sprite that is already in the game. I'm talking about a sprite viewer choice in game, at the moment where the game says if we keep the old sprites or replace them. I think it would help a LOT for people like me, who keep adding sprites manually.

For example: Say you have the Head of an Abra, the ability Inner Focus, and the Body of a Machop with the abilities Guts and No Guard, in this example, Guts and No Guard get boosted by Inner Focus, becoming Focused Guts and Inner Guard, their abilities are both Inner Focus mixed with Guts and No Guard to choose from

I would like to suggest a variation of the Single Species mode, but with random species : It would still be a for fun mode, where you can find every wild pokemon and Legendaries as expected in classic mode, except every single entry is randomly fused with another pokemon : For example, 3 startes are fused with say, pidgey, nidoran♂, and riolu respectively, caterpies is fused with pidgey, then later say Kadabras are fused with Vileplume, etc...
You could choose the degrees like on the randomizer mode, so it would look like a classic mode run, but with regional mons everytime.

Implement the Gen 7 stat buffs to certain Pokemon such as Corsola, Arbok, Mantine, etc. So much of the rest of the game uses Gen 7 mechanics, so the mons should as well. Additionally, this would line up the game better with the Showdown client, although that's of course just an added bonus.
Adding a TM for Liquidation that is obtainable before Hall of Fame. I've been noticing a lack of good Physical Water STAB for a lot of mons recently, especially since Waterfall and Dive TMs are only obtainable postgame. So I think now that the move has been introduced in IF through Toxapex, we should add a TM for Liquidation that's obtainable in the late-mid game (maybe in the part after 6th gym and before 7th gym) to spread the distribution and give good physical water STAB to the likes of Sharpedo, Poliwrath, Cloyster, Tentacruel etc. That is available BEFORE the postgame.

In Celadon city you can buy pokemon from team rocket. I'd like to suggest adding some sort of ability to raid the building they're selling pokemon out of to free them. I think giving the player the option to stop an evil like that would be good.
as it stands now trades are just procedurally generated pokemon. This game already connects to the internet to download sprites on-the-fly so I think a real trading system would be cool. I realize that another player might not always be online to trade, but you could have a system where when a player does a random trade that thier pokemon is added to a pool and then they pull another pokemon from that pool. the pool would start with randomized pokemon and then slowly over time they'd all end up phased out.

maybe add a soft reset function, currently f12 seems to just crash the game instead. Or add a sprite window when picking starters to see if shiny. This is because as it stands it can take up to 6 minutes for a reset depending on the speed of your computer. Thank you

As a fangame, its reasonable to assume players already know types of pokemon, but can you confidently say if Sneasel is Ice/Dark or is it Dark/Ice? This wouldn't give players any new information, just remove the guesswork of what was the unfused pokemon's Primary/Secondary type combination.
Nothing stops the player from opening a third party resource and just looking up the fusions they don't know to check their types. Its entirely a QoL addition to have that visible in game, rather than quite literally leaving the game to check a wiki

After getting the HM Surf, add the ability to pay extra for unlimited steps at the Safari Zone. Catching rare Pokémon ends up being way too annoying with the step limit. A balancing change could be to remove respawning items from the ground when you have unlimited steps

Make it so that some fused Pokémon can only learn certain moves when they’re fused together —like most fire/water or fire/ice fusions being able to learn scald, despite their non fused counterparts not belong able to.
The level caps for modern mode / hard mode are significantly off. For fights such as Koga Hard, the cap is as low as level 42 when Koga himself's ace is level 47. This gets particularly egregious in Celadon City, where both Erika & the Giovanni fight beforehand outlevel your cap significantly. The level cap option in settings should dynamically adjust depending on the mode & difficulty level, as it is completely pointless if it's wrong to the degree you need to disable it and keep track of levels yourself, whilst risking overleveling mons when the setting is turned off. It makes nuzlockes very frustrating when the built in option should make them extremely easy, and actively kills runs that didn't know the option had the wrong values.
Additionally, for clarity's sake, the pre-edit of this suggestion referred to Destiny Bond's behavior. The game has largely shifted to generation 7 battle mechanics, but Destiny Bond remains in it's older version as a move that can be used back to back successfully, as opposed to gen 7+ where the move is guaranteed failure if it was successful the turn prior. This makes PP stalling the only viable option to handle it deathlessly, and this is made significantly worse by the fact that enemy trainers randomly select it and can punish your switch. Destiny Bond is an extremely frustrating RNG fiesta for nuzlockers with pre-gen 7 mechanics, and it should be updated to behave as it does in gen 7 where the move fails if it succeeded on the last turn.
Sincerely, someone who lost 4 mons in a hardcore nuzlocke to Giovanni in Celadon due to his entire team outleveling the cap by 3, as well as destiny bond being clicked successfully 3 turns in a row.

Hey @tacit pendant! This game is not made for mobile! The only workaround is to install JoiPlay, but any performance issues, bugs, or issues with Android are not fixable. No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.

Since there's custom dex entries now, what about custom categories too? (categories as in "fox pokemon", "scratch cat pokemon", "fresh snow pokemon", etc) I've noticed some of the categories for custom sprites don't quite fit the fusions they are describing and I think we can be just as creative with them!

I'm not sure how possible this would be, but I was thinking they could turn normal pokemon that they catch into self fusions between that pokemon and an exact copy of itself.

i'm noticed that there's 3 pokemons that aren't related to each other, but very different from others. As well their difference from other is thing that is unites them. And that thing is their moves. All 3 have different signature move, and nothing more, so i think it would be nice to have very unique triple fusion of ditto/unown/smeargle. I'm not good spriter, so i can't make it, only suggest idea.

Please swap Amaura and Aurorus's typings so they are Ice/Rock, in that order. Thematically, it makes more sense for the Ice typing to go with the aurora borealis color scheme and the Rock typing to match the dinosaur body. Gameplay-wise, Amaura/Aurorus can take better advantage of special attack stat and its heavily special-leaning movepool with its default ability, Refrigerate, if its head carries the Ice typing.
I know this has been suggested before, but I think it bears repeating because it would be easy to implement and because every time I see it suggested, it's overwhelmingly supported by the votes, but it hasn't happened yet.
Swap magnezone's types. Both magneton's and magnemite's types are swapped, and that changing for the final evolution is not intuitive. If the typing of a fusion is important for a particular STAB combination or defensive profile, changing this upon evolving forces use of additional resources to reverse the fusion, or may make the fusion retaining its typing outright impossible. And even if it is possible, it would require a different, and possibly less desired, statblock than the original order. This is particularly important because Magnezone is a stone evolution and it may be difficult for players to find evolution stones, especially without using external resources, which should not be necessary, making them a particularly valuable resource. It's a bit of a rugpull to be using a fusion consistently throughout your playthrough and getting value out of its typing, only for that to change once you commit to using an evolution stone.

remove the weird type exeption present when fusing any normal/flying mons body with noibat/noivern heads (flying/dragon) to be able to get pure a pure flying type mon instead of flying/normal. Giving normal type instead of flying only happens with noibat/noivern and no other mon in the game (all the normal/flying bird are set to always give flying no matter if they are fused as head or body)

Please make Kyurem Ice/Dragon instead of Dragon/Ice. That way the kyurem head fusions with lots of ice everywhere will make sense thematically and the body fusions, with the dragon body shape, will be a dragon type.

Make the exp all item not connect it being on/off to whether or not it is registered. I find that I've accidentally turned it off by unregistering it when I didn't realize these were connected. Moreover, I turn it off by mistake a lot when trying to quick select other items pretty frequently. It is also just convenient to have less registered items, if possible.

adding actual ascending level caps for post game in johto, confused why there are basically unused levels 75-100? I'm not sure if they are like that for a specific reason, but I really would love to see it fixed. I'd also love to see another elite four for when you beat all Johto gyms, just bc I love the game and I'm always sad when a nuzlocke ends even when I win haha, but if the map limit/other things conflict with that I'd comepletely get it. The levels I really disagree with though, and if it's a time thing I'd be honored to help out with building/rebuilding teams and forming the new level caps. Due to the open worldish nature of the postgame you would be able to do some of the gyms out of order, and that may be part of the reason the levels are the way they are but I see no harm in just making an order, and letting the players figure it out and/or setting up obstacles like corsolas/sudowoodos/locking gyms until you beat the previous one. Hardcore players and nuzlockers will figure out the level caps or plan for the fights on repeat playthroughs, and more casual players can just wipe and try again, or more than likely honestly just already be overleveled/ closer to lvl 100 by post game anyways. The post game story is really cool, but not really a point to collecting all the legendaries more than once/on your main save. This simple change would add massive buff to the fun and replayability for people who enjoy challenge runs/randomizers/nuzlocking and all that stuff. A 2nd elite four would actually make me so happy you dont even understand lmaooo, but either way thank you for the amazing game, and I hope you take this into consideration! 🫡

When the Eeveelution triple fusion gets added, give it Eevee's Adaptability
Override the surfing music for the route south of Cinnabar. Or remove the small island to the left. It ends up cutting off the music for the route prematurely.
During the porygon hunt, turn the non-catchable porygons into randomized porygon line head fusions. Porygon line head fusions often feature glitchy effects so it would make a lot of sense, given that all the pokemon there are supposed to be computer generated. It would also break up the monotony of running into the same pokemon over and over while you chase porygon around, and would be a nice way for players to look through a "gallery" of unique sprites, without them being able to catch anything too overpowered.

Ability to start a game with starter-fused starters. A combination of the custom option and regional starter option that let's you choose to start with starters fused with another region's equivalent. You get to choose the head and body by pixking the region, but there can be a "random starter" option that can lead to choices between randomly fused grass, fire, and water starters of various regions.
Add the option to reverse a fusion when using the infinite splicer so you don’t have to unfuse and refuse.
I can't believe I havent seen someone suggest Pokejobs where we can send Pokemon away temporarily or permanently to work in different parts of the world for a reward. I know there are quests that require certain Pokes but this would definitely be a nice renewable option... added fun if it does something 'permanent' to the game like actually building building over repeated quests or farming a portion of land for berry farming with repeated quests.
I would like to suggest to keep the debug mode as an optional feature for e.g. streamers that can be turned on and off at will without modifying the files or catching almost 500 Pokémon. As a content creator, it’s now way harder for me to show off plenty of fusions because I can‘t duplicate my caught pokémon to try out as many fusions as I want at that point. Hiding debug behind catching almost 500 pokémon is in my opinion not very time friendly, especially for someone working full time and streaming the game like 3 hours a week. I understand that the intention is to disable usage of a cheats or code manipulation, but the debug functionalities were super useful for me as a streamer with very limited time.

Please change the typing order for Amaura and Aurorus to Ice/Rock. Thematically, Ice pairs better with the aurora borealis color scheme while Rock pairs better with the dinosaur shape. In terms of gameplay, fusions can take better advantage of its high Special Attack, heavily special-based movepool, and Refrigerate ability if Amaura and Aurorus pass on Ice when they are the heads of the fusions. This has been asked for before, multiple times, with overwhelming support every time, and would be an easy fix. I'm bringing it up again now because there was a recent update that had the chance to correct this and, according to the changelog, it hasn't happened.

If there's one thing that definitely needs improvement, in PIF, it's the controls - the default set-up is so awkward, and the Key Bindings menu doesn't clear things up at all; it lists letters, but not what they represent ("B" is the 'open menu' one, with four default bindings; "L" is the speed-up one, with two bindings; etc.).
I'd say redesign the Key Bindings menu to be more information-transparent; at this point, I rely on the G Doc guide to explain what the heck the different letters do.

Game updates should check to see which fusions the player specifically chose to have a displayed sprite for and NOT alter those specifically. For example, whenever I choose a specific sprite for Magnezone/Registeel (the one I made), then the game should recognize this as one of the fusions for which I specifically chose a sprite and NOT alter it for me. This should not apply when Japeal autogens are the only sprite, but it should in any other cases.
give wild pokemon random main sprites, so you get to see more variety during encounters.
a "wait" feature should be added into the menu that allows you to skip ahead to a certain time. for example, if it's night time and you're looking for a daytime encounter, or you're waiting for a fossil to be restored, this feature would let you skip the waiting period.

Swap Qwilfish's typing. That way, the "Qwil" part of fusions are poison, and the "Fish" part of fusions are water. It'd make sense both in name and designs of the fusions.
I'm trying out the beta for expert mode. I have some feedback. on it. The Brock fight was a great fight and felt really challenging, it's really pushing me to try and do more fusions early game instead of just doing stuff I wanna do by the end of the game. It makes me wanna fuse more. However, I think that many of the random trainers being equipped with the move frustration is, no pun intended, kind of frustrating! It doesn't really feel challenging in an intuitive or interesting way, it just feels like I am being hit by a 100 BP frustration over and over in every fight. If it was more sprinkled between different fights, I think it'd be better. On brock's ace it felt like a really interesting strat, since it had the glaciate ability that turned it into an ice type move, it was actually a really cool and interesting strategy, but going through routes early game is basically fighting a trainer and running all the way back to heal after every battle because you will just take so many losses with frustration being spammed in almost every random trainer battle.

Make 1-time-use battle items, other than berries, respawn after the battle ends. Focus Sash is hard to come by, and in Expert Mode, it can feel like it's required for every single fight in the game. This also goes for Eject Button, Red Card, Cell Battery, and any other 1-use items that aren't berries. Especially Cell Batteries since they are also needed to get Zapdos.
When a playthrough obtains the Shiny Charm and begins New Game +, give the new file the Shiny Charm from the beginning. That way, the player, who has by this point already played the entire game, will be able to play again from the beginning with the increased shiny odds, as opposed to just being able to get more shinies for the limited amount of content remaining after the point where you would normally get it.
Get the level cap to differenciate between gamemodes. Classic, modern and expert modes do not have gym leaders at the same levels, but the level caps are stuck on classic level thresholds no matter what mode is being played. This wasn't a huge issue before since the level difference between the modes wasn't typically very big, but the new modern rework and expert mode have a few bosses that are quite a bit higher level than classic.
Kuray's mod has a working version of this so it's always possible to use it in the meantime, but vanilla IF should also have this feature

As the game automatically updates with new sprites, it keeps changing all the sprites you choose from the options back to whatever they default to. Is there a way to prevent it rewriting all the sprites you set from the pokedex? Going back through 400 entries to pick the sprites you like better is really tedious

Add a way to get every TM available without the reliance of Gym leaders or finding them in the wild. Both me and my friend have been playing and we both have gotten TMs bugged out, Earthquake for my friend and Toxic for me. Since they were "given" to us by gym leaders we can no longer access these great moves (and likely more we don't notice).
Tech support channel says it is because the gyms were randomized, but only my friend did that not me, and even still it would be nice to be able to have the items available somewhere somehow. this could even apply to things other than the TMs such as berries, held items, and quest items. My suggestion on where to put these would be Goldenrod, but only AFTER you beat the E4 and champion would another clerk/clerks show up and offer these items. Idk how complex this would be to add, another spot could be Crimson city since there isn't much to do there to begin with but having it regardless of where it is would be nice.

First, I feel it would better incentivize fusing pokemon if instead of averaging stats, have a balanced way to have a fused pokemon have the same or higher of a stat of the higher pokemon if done right (based on head/body for what stat still). There are a lot of pokemon I have that I just don’t feel it worth fusing so I can capitalize on its high stats as is, and a lot of fusions are really cool but just underwhelming in power.
Second, I’d like there to be more consistency in when you unfuse a pokemon, getting back the same pokemon that went in in terms of nature, sex, ability, moves, shinyness, moves previously known, etc. Would it be possible to when you fuse a pokemon, store the data of the pokemon going in somewhere in the files to check back against when you unfuse it? Maybe have a thing where it gives you the option to revert to its old moves, or combine movesets in a similar way to when you fuse, like “here are the moves it learned, would you like to teach this one? Would you like to teach this one?” Etc

Add a special pokemon that can be fused with specific pokemon that adds regional forms. For example, it would fuse with wooper to make it Paldean Wooper or with Quagsire to make a fake Clodsire (which is just a re-typed Quagsire with a new sprite). Most alternate forms have similar, if not identical stats. The other possible option is have a choice when you do a self-fusion between the standard self-fusion and the regional variant. Ideally, this feature would also be able to make fusions like Iron Bundle from Delibird, Kleavor from Scizor, etc. complete with stat changes.

Being able to go up in difficulty. This has probably been suggested a 5 trillion times, but it's definitely an issue if it's that prevelant. The main core concensus as to why this is not been implemented yet is that it "corrupts" a save to make the HoF look like a hard run when in reality the player played on easy until the very end. May suggestion for that? Add difficulty change tag, something that gives away that it's not a "true" run, this will sort out the phoney runs from the legitimate ones without leaving out a vital form of usability

What to do after becoming a champion
Healing Party in Pokemon Center should heal the pokemon in the PC Boxes too. I get that we can`t heal Pokemon by just putting them in the PC because Box links let us put them in PC from anywhere, but I just find it inconvenient and annoying that we have to separately heal Pokemon after switching them into the Party, it would be much better if healing your party at the Pokemon Center heals all your boxed pokemon as well. I don't think its extremely necessary to add this, but I think its certainly a QoL feature many players would appreciate, especially those having a huge amount of Pokemon in their PCs, like Dex completionists.

Please make it so that you can't get to Mt Ember early, breaking a chain of events by not talking to the Rocket Grunts bullying the Sailor on the South part of Cinnabar Island. I am fully aware this has been suggested before, but it has been over a year since it was brought up, and people still soft-lock themselves out of some Sevii Island stuff by doing this.

Keep in mind, this game is not made for mobile! The only workarounds we provide are in the guide. Any tile issues, performance issues, or bugs on Android cannot be fixed as they are JoiPlay issues. No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.
Make the events and things that are required to progress become a Quest that gets logged in the Journal so that People don't skip or get lost. E.g. Talking to Nurse Joy outside Mt.Moon and then triggering the cutscene with Brock will activate the Quest, then finishing it rewards you with Rock Smash, then you'll get a Pt. 2 of the Quest which is clearing the Mt. Moon from Team Rocket.

Expert Mode (I know its beta) feels kinda restricting early on. 2 on 2 with a frustration spamming pokemon on brock. I'd like to see a way to get rid of the restriction on a Pokémon cap or a sort of difficulty mode making gyms 1-3 like 4-6 Pokémon vs you so you can have more options and more room for high skill gameplay, like switches. Give Magic Boots an alternative acquisition with rules similar to these:

Add an NPC to to Celadon City that asks to answer a riddle for a reward. "When you are surrounded by me, your vision fades. Yet through me, beauty resides. What am I?" You can only guess once and your answer gives you either a Shiny Stone ||(Something Bright)||, a Dusk Stone ||(Moonlit Night)||, or a Dawn Stone ||(Morning Light)||. That way, you can evolve Roselia, Eevee, Misdreavus, or Gligar. The Dawn Stone wouldn't be useful until later unless you're on Modern mode.

Would it be possible to have move effectiveness displayed in battle like the newest official games do. In this game especially it can be incredibly difficult to know what type a fusion is at a glance so I often struggle to pick the right move, unless I look them up in the fusion dex.
Not sure how much time this would take, or how possible it is...but, could we make it so players are directed toward Route 22 early on [maybe sometime after delivering Oak's Parcel] so that not only do they not softlock themselves out of the Secret Garden but also learn about rebattling trainers. Maybe have the old man who was originally blocking access to Route 2 before the delivery mention the rival "A few trainers passed by earlier, said there's an arrogant kid over on Route 22; might want to look into that before you go too much farther."

A lot of quests in there are pokemon related and it gets kinda repetitive going back and forth to the pokemon centre
make it so triple fusions can learn signature moves (im not sure if this is a problem with all but it is for Kyodonquaza) because it doesnt feel like it makes sense not to, because its a combination of DNA, DNA with the ability to learn these moves. Also regular fusions of 2 of the trio will be able to learn signature moves still
Make Wooper and/or Marill catchable in Route 22's grass or west of Cerulean City. Make Slugma catchable north of Cerulean City. The reasoning for this is so that you can trade for the starter in the Pokémon Center without having to trade away a gift Pokémon or your starter. It also allows for you to get water/fire fusions easily for the quest in Vermillion. Also maybe add voltorb spawns east of Vermillion for the same reason. Less backtracking without having to use up a traded Pokémon.

[With the amount of saves, its odd to only have a single Encounter_randomize file active, most saves are bound to be used for random runs.
People could be sharing their pc or wanting to take a break of a serious randmized game for something more casual for a week before going back to the serious one, yet they cannot re-randomize the encounter file as it will mess up their other game, PC shares especially will suffer from this...
As such I want to suggest seeing if its possible to make seperate randomized files that are tied to their respective save, making a folder for each save with randmized files in said folder and letting the game check if there is any randmized files in the save to run those instead of the main files?]

Include more repeatable ways to get positive karma
There are plenty of repeatable ways to tank your karma, but the only repeatable way (post-MMMM event, I believe) to raise it is chasing down that one lost tourist between Violet and Goldenrod Cities
Given the current repeatable ways have a cost (donating $1k to the Wigglytop busker) or a test of skill (knowing the layout of Johto), I was thinking:
-offer an escape rope to the lost trainer in Rock Tunnel (with a 3-day cooldown, like for nests)
-cutting down the trees for the lumberjack (also with a cooldown)
-post-game, have an NPC in Vermillion ask you about types when fighting a (random) recruited gym leader, and you have the opportunity to give that NPC good advice (a resistant or strong type) or bad (a weak)
-not sure how this might be implemented, but perhaps a way to return pokemon stolen by Team Rocket to their trainers?
Evil Mode that starts by accepting the Nugget Bridge grunt’s offer to join Team Rocket. Maybe different quests/areas/items/pokemon available than in the Good playthrough, or available by different methods? Would be really unique, I don’t know of many Pokémon fan games that do this

i don't know if it's possible but i think It would be really cool to give your rival in the randomize mode the same team in every Battle(but it will improve). the rival always has the starter he picks in every battle and, if it can, the chosen pokemon evolves while the game continues. i think It would be awesome if the rival ,based on the randomness degree ,Will always have the same team but it improved and evolve in the Battles like the starter, i would love to make strategies to fight with pokemon you know he has instead of having random pokemon that he never used, and would make his champion team be full of fully evolved pokemon. it would be great if in the randomizer settings you could choose to make your rival's team change everytime you battle him or make it the same.

make mankey claw work with attack moves that have no accuracy. there arent many moves that can break that and if you can you need a lot of hoops like Copycat, Mirror Move, Nature Power. the pool of pokemon that can use 3 or more of those moves are pretty small but would give them a niche. like Magnezone/Meganium.
put in a cheat item thats hidden at the start of the game so you have to look for it that contains every move in the game and can be used infinitly just make it hidden so its not impossible to miss that way only people who want it will go get it
Doubt it hasn't been suggested before, but having the pokemon types show on the battle UI by default would be nice, considering how confusing the typings can be when you add fusion into the mix.
The ability to swap dex entries if a single sprite has multiple. I know it comes up rarely as most are tied to specific custom sprites, but some with only 1 custom have multiple apporved entries and only 1 shows up in game.
vaporeon/jolteon/flareon triple fusion? (unsure if this counts as "more pokemon" but i think its a fairly iconic trio)
Include a "tutorial" trainer explaining to new players about multiple/alt sprites! I've watched multiple Let's Plays and people will notice they can choose a sprite when they catch a pokemon, but they don't realize that the pokedex allows them to do the same for mons they haven't caught.
We could have a trainer that gives regular dialogue, or one that gives a quest where you show them your pokedex or something and then they thank you, saying they've never seen X version of whatever pokemon fusion before.
Search function for the pokedex
Add an option for simplified encounter/battle transitions. The cut to black can be jarring for people with photosensitivity, especially with speed up. A simple, low contrast fade into the battle could fix this. This option wouldn't exist for even faster encounters, just for a smoother visual experience.
Please make Autosave either customizable with various options for when and where to save or just make it autosave when using, for example, the healing beds in Silph Co 🥹

Just yesterday a streamer i watch was "doxxed" (albeit to a very small degree) by this npc live on stream. Do note that there is no warning that such a doxxing is about to take place giving streamers time to switch scenes, nor a "streamer mode" that hides this.
And as a trans person myself, it fills me with dread and ruins my enjoyment of the game whenever this dude just whips out my deadname.
I realise its based on the root folder in your pc, but i (and i suspect many others) lack the technical knowhow/foresight to change this ahead of a casual game of pokemon.

Like I may dislike No being the first highlighted option, but it's not even that bad.
I'm just genuinely confused why I'm asked TWICE if I'm sure I want to unfuse.
Though personally even if this double confirmation is removed I would love the first highlighted option to be Yes, if the player in question at the last second realized they don't want to unfuse then it's their own issue to deal with, it's not like splicers are that expensive so fusing them back together is done rather easily.
That's my argumentation as to why Yes should be the first highlighted option when unfusing

Mankey's Paw should not cause moves like Swift or Aerial Ace, or pokemon with No Guard to miss. The fact that it is programmed that way to not be overpowered is understandable but intuitively contradictory with the way these moves are described and read (this is apparently a very common question as a result). With the introduction of Meowscarada's Flower Trick in Scarlet/Violet a move that cannot miss and always crit does have precedent, and the other "cannot miss" moves are weaker by 10 BP (60 BPVs. Flower Trick's 70 BP). As for Pokemon with No Guard, you are forced into Machamp, Golurk, Doublade, or Lycanroc-Midnight to make that interaction work, all of whom are not nearly as fast as Meowscarada. Given the hyper-specific nature of these selections, the "it would be overpowered" argument seems exaggerated for overriding a rather natural reading of "halved accuracy" and "cannot miss". However, as I doubt after however much time was spent considering how Mankey's Paw works, let me propose an alternative. Let Mankey's Paw Half accuracy, and guarantee crits while working with Swift and No Guard, but it also reduces all priority of the user's moves by 1. This is with the intent of preventing some sort of pseudo-Sucker Punch effect and increasing the risk of the user getting hit first before they make their attack, and generally preserving the current flavor of the Mankey's Paw

Add an option to the randomizer to make wild pokemon only the base evolution, no evolved forms. Also add an option to randomize npc-traded mons and gifted mons in this way, no evolved forms. Also add an option to the randomizer to make it try to not allow the gifted or traded mons able to be caught.
A new option for the update man to redownload custom sprites. My save file currently has a bug where some pokemon sprites have been shuffled and swapped around. I've been manually fixing this for the past three days and it has been a pain to deal with. I think this would be a great solution to this kind of problem.

add a super rare version of the dna splicer that takes the best base stat of each pokemon and uses it. for example if you were fusing alakazam and snorlax it would take the speed sp atk and sp def base stats from the alakazam but the hp def and atk from the base stats from the snorlax
have your gambling odds be positively influenced by good Karma, but have gambling reduce your Karma each time you do it.
make AI pokemon moveset and type combination strategically stronger. For example in the electric gym there are levitate or flying type Pokemon, and some electric type are fast and can use water type move. Btw is AI pokemon ev trained? The game difficulty is currently low imo

A Nuzlocke mode that has options for autoleveling caught pokemon to the level cap, or providing sufficient rare candies. (Selection of the "Nuzlocke" mode after difficulty selection / gamemode section to allow for randomized nuzlockes). This would prevent a valid usecase for the Debug tool that a lot of players are asking for illegitimately.
hard/very hard ai mode for randomized runs, specifically for players who are looking to do randomized hardmode nuzlockes currently the cap is just "Hard" for randomized mode as the very hard mode is selected separately.
when using moves like Teleport and Fly outside of battle, have the map that pops up be centered on your current location instead of being over Johto

Just a small thing but I've noticed that I'm being Roared out of wild battles with lower level pokemon, and since gen 5, Roar fails in wild battles if the user's level is lower than the target's. Would be nice if this was changed accordingly (or fixed if it's a bug, I'm really not sure if it is)

Poison Heal was introduced in Gen 4, which was the last Gen to inflict poison damage when walking, but that was likely an oversight. Similarly, you could actually give Poison types the poison status condition in Gen 1 (this was before Corrosion existed), which they then fixed in the next Gen. The same thing happened in Gen 5 when they removed the overworld poison damage entirely. (This wouldn't require removing the overworld poison damage. I think itd do the game good and let people play the way they want to by adding a balancing menu so players can pick and choose on which balancing decisions to include, including but not limited to : The NoGuard/OHKO/Mankey's Paw changes, (and i think theres another one with shedinja fusions and sturdy? not 100% sure on if that nerf was intentional or just caused by how stats are calculated)
Per save file random encounters. I noticed that when I started my own randomized playthrough after starting a randomized soul link with a friend the encounters carried over from the new file and got rid of the old ones. I realize that this is because the randomized encounters are all stored in a common .dat file and was curious if it would be possible to instance it per random save.
Revamp the pokedex search function to be more fusion-centered. Currently, only narrowing down the results by first letter is viable - setting bounds for height and weight will let you search, but have no bearing on the results, and attempting to put in a type, color, or shape will break the pokedex search entirely. And though you can organize results by dex number or alphabetically, attempting to organize results by weight or height does nothing.
I don't know if anyone gets much use out of searching/organizing by height or weight, and organizing by shape or color seem like a nightmare to do with all these custom sprites about. Searching by type seems like it should be relatively easy to program in, given those are deterministic, and would be a useful parameter to have.
If possible, can you enable searching by evolutionary line or by base pokemon? Frex, if I wanted to search for all the gardevoir fusions i've seen. I can find those with gardevoir heads easy(-ish) with these parameters, but good luck scrolling through everything for the gardevoir bodies! Similarly, if I wanted to show someone my prevo for hydreigon/ariados, it'd be nice to have a quick search for those, kinda like how daena does it.
(This is both a suggestion and a bug report, but I figure submitting this as a suggestion is more in-line, given i'm requesting a revamp to how it works.)
Toxapex should also be able to scare away the Corsola, it's an evolution of Mareanie. This is frustrating because my Mareanie evolved due to exp all.

please add the move mystical fire to the game. (TM and/or Lvl up) In particular I am considering how it will help some synergy with Oricorio fusions (especially in Baile style form) This is because thunderbolt, shadowball, and psychic are available to pokemon outside their typing and "look", but flamethrower is less available in that niche being mostly available to more "dragon-looking" pokemon. In addition, there being fewer widely available damage dealing special fire-type moves in the game.

change the dynamite in the Dark Cave, that you need to get to blackthorn, to not go in the players bag. people have been throwing it out or using it by accident, not knowing that its needed. or have the three guys give the player 2 each and then once the quest is done have the forth guy take the extra.
Maybe add a Vortex to take people out of the Submerged Temple area back to somewhere around the Water Labrynth, like the vortexes for the Hoenn Box Legendaries.

add an option to skip gym puzzles and sprout tower/burned tower somehow. Having timing based sections like these are the only reason I dislike replaying the game. I spent way too long on the flying gym, and sprout tower that I almost un-installed it. It's boring and repetitive.
An easier way to swap the base sprites to the game freak originals. Manually changing 300+ sprites is a real pain

a game mode where at the beginning you choose a pokemon from all the pokedex, and in that run all the pokemons will be fusions with that pokemon, for example, if I choose furret, the starters will be furret/charmander, furret/squirtle, furret/bulbasaur, in the route 1 you will find furret/rattata, furret/pidgey, etc.
(except the pokemon of the other trainers, leaders, etc).
Please add an Region Lock option to the Randomized Game Mode under Pokémon, where in as the Pokémon that are randomized are locked to the region or type for for the area. Please consider the following states for the option:

Make Poison Heal works outside battle
streamer mode which adds a level cap based on badges earned so you don't over level the next gym leader. Also, make HMs available for use when a gym badge is aquired but not having to be taught to a Pokemon to use them just as a quality of life for streamers doing a nuzlocke since HMs aren't great for battle. It would also be nice if there were either an exp boost to make grinding not take as long so the streamer can keep making interesting content instead of just grinding battles over and over, or to give them unlimited just a lot of rare candies but still having the level cap based on gym badge so they can't over level.

I have one question, could we have mode, where we can randomize our start location? Maybe we would need to give the HM items to the player from the start to avoid any locks.
That alone would be interesting.
If someone is really ambitious, maybe they can make it a "skyrim-dynamic-level" mode where in most areas the Pokemon's and trainer levels are bound until they reach a cap and some areas with no bound levels, like the victory road and other areas that are meant to be hard.
Maybe there are others who find such a mode fun and interesting, especially for nuzzlocks or pure random.

Rename the two-digit TMs to be triple digit. Currently if you try to order alphabeticaly, triple digit TMs starting with 10 appear between TMs starting with 0 and TMs starting with 1. Renaming TM09/TM11 to TM009/TM011, for example, would fix this. Another way this could be fixed would be to add an "order by number" sorting option

Reduce the redness in the Ruby Chamber. The red haze in the lower layers can cause migranes in those sensitive to bright light.
make pay day drop coins when rematching trainers if possible with the current code. pay day profit does not come from trainers paying you, but from the pokemon itself, so it makes more sense to be able to pick up pay day profits from trainers on rematch.
Add a warning to the Wonder Trade feature letting new players know that it does not work like the mainline games, and that any mons sent in it are lost forever, not given to another player.
Many new players do not understand this until after they send out something either as a joke, or something they genuinely cared about.

I don't like that the B button is menu and the only cancel button. I'd prefer it if A (Run) was also a cancel button, if it can't be completely changed.
Add a fake way to trade with other people. Some NPC in every pokemon center where you can copy pokemon or fusemon and that will remove it from your game, then other person can paste it in their game. That would give nice way to feel like online / local trade.

When opening the teleporter, can the yellow icons be changed to static instead of constant flashing? The many flashing icons are overwhelming and make me very nauseous, especially when the game is sped up.
Rockruff's sprites should be lowered, he kind of float's a foot off the ground in most of his sprite work.
I think it'd be a great QoL change if, like in some other romhacks that exist, Hidden Power's type is shown on the actual move itself, for clarity purposes.

Put in a disclaimer that randomizer settings are not advised for Remix or Expert Mode. Both modes have specific trainer and gym teams made, and players are randomizing the both only to get an error and be told they have to unrandomize those things.
"Give Demo Party" option in debug mode needs to not just completely delete your current freaking party, be removed completely, or moved away from the "heal party" option which is one that is obviously going to be used the most to save time going back to pkmn centers. Having not saved for a while and making a ton of progress just to accidentally hit that button legit makes me want to hurt myself and kills my motivation to even continue the playthrough knowing how much catching up and redoing fights i have to do just to get back to where i was

Making a temporary save backup file that stays for a while after each successful save, would help restore overwritten saves that have become corrupted.
[Right now any pokemon that evolves with a dawn/dusk/shiny/magnet stone is stuck unevolved till you finish Silph Co., even later if its magnet stone. So, I would like to suggest (I am trying to make this still be fair) that you added a rocket grunt to Saffron, that is only available if the player pays the 100k toll, that either sells or gives the player one of the 4 stated stones, players choice. This way, if a player really likes a certain mon that evolves with one of those, they don't have to wait until after Silph Co. to get it.]

I've noticed the trainers when randomized (at least with fuse everything on!) will have alt custom sprites or joke customs, but wild mons are always set to the main custom sprite. I can understand that for normal gameplay reasons, don't want to start running into a bunch of reference sprites in your grass and it ends up not feeling like pokemon, which is why I think a toggle setting would be nice for that, and since it's already done for trainers it's most likely possible to implement! The main reason I bring it up is a few days ago while playing my run I ran into a Primeape/Regigigas fusion that was an autogen even though i had custom sprites only on, but after asking a few questions was told it didn't have a main custom, only alts which is why that happened. So for those rare instances as well it would prevent that from happening! As well as letting people see custom sprites for mons they might not normally see before, someone might not like the main custom but like an alt, but they decide not to catch the mon because they don't know it has any alts, with this setting it could have people find more custom sprites easier and more artists have their customs found and used! Would love feedback honestly on the idea but that's it basically 
Reference Themed NPC Encounters.
There are so many fantastic reference sprites that I believe could be given a better spotlight in game by implementing a series of reference themed NPC trainers.
A new location wouldn't be necessary, just a scheduled event in the game. Like a convention or something in Goldenrod city, an assortment of random trainers 'cosplaying' a certain theme with a team of fusions to match. Could accrue a good amount of trainer sprites by holding a contest. There's a wealth of references, these NPCs would help give them exposure and offer a fun series of endless battles for players to enjoy.
Adding options for nuzlocke settings, specifically concerning fainting so that you can either force a fainted Pokemon's max hp to force to 0 or disappear entirely, or in case of a fused pokemon, force it to defuse after battle sending the other half to your PC if necessary. Separate options of course for both general and fusion scenarios.

In addition to post-Mt Silver and post-all gym leader rematches, give the E4 new teams post-16 badges. It'd make a nice challenge to close off an all-gyms run.
Trash cans should have a small chance to give an item each in-game day, chosen from a set pool of possible items. Usually junk, small chance of something great like an ultra ball or nugget. Kind of like in Stardew Valley.

I understand the logic behind the limitation, but I feel that it being unbalanced otherwise doesn't really matter in a single-player game. The ohko moves are difficult enough to obtain as it is + it would reward the player's effort in training their pokemon to get to that point.

Can we have a change on how Speed-Up works for toggle? For example, when you press Q, you can toggle 2x, than 3x, and back to normal with a third press. However, I noticed that the game gets super slow in battles after switching so much. It doesn't do this with Hold, but with hand issues like Carpal Tunnel, it really sucks. I was wondering if there could be an option to make the Toggle only have one toggle option. Like you press Q and it goes to 2x or 3x, and a second click goes to normal. So one click for speed, one click for normal. No second speed toggle.
Move the autosave function when speaking to Nurse Joy to after she finishes healing your pokemon. Currently reloading from an autosave puts you before she does so, which can lead to problems if you think your team is fully healed and you move on.

Reduce the number of sprites in general. I started up this game for the first time in a long time, and I needed to change a sprite for one of the fusions I had. There was a noticeable lag every time I checked a Pokedex entry. I can't say for sure that it was the sprites, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. There are alternate sprites not just for fusions, but also fan created alternate sprites for regular Pokemon. In my opinion, these sprites are unnecessary. I understand people like having options and the designers like creating designs, but it's too much. It doesn't help that there are many I personally dislike and would never use. The sprite options from the DS games are all you really need. (Post DS era Pokemon are the exception, of course.) EDIT: Yes, I am aware of the recent announcement. That was exactly why I posted this. I wanted to see if more could be cut out.
That Expert Mode Gym Leaders at the very least have proper answers to Shedinja's Wonder Guard, even without fusing it with another Pokemon.
Lt. Surge's Expert Mode team has no means of damaging Shedinja, and the entire fight can be swept with one.
A way to randomize evolutions in the randomize category so for example a Pidgey could turn into a Kadabra or anything else really. This might be denied instantly but I figured it's worth a suggest.

Bring back the ability to checks a Pokémon's trainer ID. I used to keep track of wonder trade IDs for the raffle, but it is no longer included in the Pokémon summary. I want to know how much variety I have and what ID #'s I need to try and get.
It would be nice if Expert Mode Gym Leaders had better thematic consistency, or at least had their dialogue updated to match. Many of them have maybe one Pokemon of their supposed type or strategy specialty, and even then might have it fused in such a way where that doesn’t matter, such as Koga.
Add sorting option "by type" for example,
in pack Gems will be grouped together,
items that increase a type's attack will be grouped together,
items that are primarily for selling will be grouped together,
Potions/healing items together and status clearing items together separate,
etc.
Have the game remember your preferred sprite for a Pokemon and/or fusion after a major update. I'm not sure how feasible this is, but it's a little annoying to change my Zoroark/Persian fusion back to the older sprite every time there's an update.

I have no idea how possible this is, or how complex it would be to do; but, is there any way we could have main story points be registered in the Quest Journal? The only worry about this right now is obviously a bug that is difficult to reproduce where sometimes quests taken before getting the log somehow count as negative quests. We could make it that one of the scientists in Oak's Lab gives you the Quest Journal in his lab right after you get your starter. This would help players who may accidentally skip through dialogue a way keep track of what they need to do.

Make the HA tutorial more newbie friendly. After beating Brock, an NPC approaches you for the "tutorial" on how to find HAs. I suggest making the 1st encounter automatically be the HA mon to better illustrate what it looks like when you find an HA. When it takes 2-3-4 encounters to find the HA mon, it makes it looks like the tutorial is broken.

"Reasonably-Randomized-Starters option for the remixed mode"
It would be nice to have the option to select "reasonably randomized starters" as a remixed option. The game would present the players starter choice by generating 3 fused pokemon. The game would pick 1 random 3stage-evolution fire/grass/water pokemon, and combine them each with another random 3-stage-evolution pokemon of any type. This would give players another way of mixing up the game in a more reasonable way than the Randomized options while still providing the fun of fusions in the starter choices.

Have the cursor switch back to Fight after switching pokemon
Rename Classic mode to Story mode. A large number of players play on remix or randomizer primarily because they think Classic mode is locked to Gen 1 Pokemon. Renaming to Story makes it more clear that this is the “default” mode to play the game and story how it was intended vs remix and randomizer modes.
Assign a different hue shift number to each pokemon so that when the head is a shiny, the colors shift somewhat close to what the official shiny looks like.
Add an item that allows the swapping of the typing that presents in a fusion. So like an item that makes the body use its primary type instead of its secondary type.
Swap the types of Scolipede (and his family), it's color make it look more like a poison type, when it's body is more bug-like
Include an NPC on the first floor of Lavender Town tower who shows up after the Rival battle and reminds the player about the Silph Scope in Celadon.
This allows some leniency for the folks who mashed-through (either accidentally or out of impatience) the Rival's dialogue to know where to go next. Also it'd give folks in #gameplay-help a way to hint at the next location rather than outright saying it.

Add an item that forces evolution for every Pokémon that evolves via levelup, even before they have reached that level.
It could be unlocked around gym 5 or 6, it would be a soft solution for the problem of Pokémon that evolves way too late.
Alternatively changing the evolution levels would work too but I think having a consumable item (of which you maybe only get 1 before the elite 4) could be a good way to solve this without having to change evolution levels

Fletchinder should have Big Pecks as a regular ability instead of Flame Body. Talonflame had its ability changed from Flame Body to Big Pecks, however Fletchinder never received this change. (Fletchling has big pecks, always has). Alternatively, Talonflame and Fletchinder could have both Big Pecks and Flame Body as their abilities, since they only have 1 ability.
A randomizer mode the keeps the types the same for the randomized pokemon.

Swap the types of Volcarona. It would make more sense for its head, which provides most fusions with a fiery, heavily-orange color palette, to be Fire Type, and for its body, which is very obviously insectoid in every single fusion its in, to be Bug Type.
Consider adapting the HGSS pokedex grid layout as an option for the pokedex. I think this would be useful for such a large number of pokemon, to move quickly as you search for specific polemon mons, rather than just scrolling up and down and/or skipping

Adding an Option to randomizer settings, so that only fusions with a dedicated Pokemon will appear in the wild an on trainers. I remember that there is a mode where all pokemon from Trainers are randomized with for example a bulbasaur fusion. Would be nice to have the option to extend that to wild Pokemon as well. Don't know if it was suggested earlier, bit I am happy to get feedback on that idea.

I had talked about this in the #1136676184265076818 a little bit as a comment, but I think it would be interesting with the rise of character customizing to add in a favorite Pokemon feature to have a certain Pokemon always beside your trainer when you enter a battle. For example, you can pick your starter fusion to be beside you, your favorite fusion, a pokemon that fits your runs theming, or just a funny reference you like (insert JoJo meme here). Maybe have an NPC in Viridian, I picked it because it has the least amount of reasons to go back to it, where the Pokemon in the front of your party is selected. As someone who doesn't know much code, I don't know how much of an issue or problem this might be to program so I apologize if this request is a bit much.

Change the AI/Moves of the Kimono Girls. I've noticed that if a trainer has random AI, they will use the move "Last Resort", a move that only does damage if the Pokemon has already used their other moves at least once, even if they don't meet the requirements. This is fine, a little silly, but fine. However, all of the 4 Kimono girls have this type of AI, and each of them have one Pokemon, and each of those Pokemon know Last Resort. It's just a little strange to go through all 4 of them, and half the time they waste their turn trying to use "Last Resort". I beat multiple of them without taking any damage because of this. Not 1-hit KOs, either; it took 2-3 turns before they went down.
Overall, this is just a minor change, and I know it's low priority, but it feels strange for them to be such pushovers, when in previous games they were back-to-back fights with no healing in between. Now, you can go heal between fights, but their AI lets them make terrible choices, and their move pool works against their AI.
Debug Island aka Crash Island is mentioned on the town map. Very bottom left of the map, so not a lot of players see this. But curious players still venture off there and of course have their game crash and even corrupted using the Back Save NPC.
Should probably just remove mentions of it to avoid players flying to it.
I wish for there to be more pokemon boxes, while 40 is a decent number, i'd love for a single playthrough to hold at least as many as 60 to 100 boxes, with countless fusions my desire to explore and try things out as well as some other players who might try to fuse alot of things or catch alot of things, 40 boxes might not be enough that's why i'm making a suggestion to increase it to at least an extra 20 boxes, thank you.
Being able to reduce the graphics. This will help REALLY low end computers and no need for installing the sprite pack or computer upgrades. Also to fix the internet issue you could make an offline version that downloades everything, sprite packs, all feature, everything.

Modify the level cap system to be compatible with Remix mode. Currently, the built-in level cap system only works for Classic Mode. On Remix Mode, if you use Level Caps, it will cap you at the highest level for the next gym leader on NORMAL MODE. This means that the game will cap you earlier, in some cases, upwards of 5 levels or more.
I don't think that it would be too hard to change it; just add a new set of values for Remix Mode, and have the game check what mode you're playing on when deciding if it should cap you or not. I like the idea of being able to add extra challenge to Remix Mode through level caps, but as it is now, I either have to figure out the level caps myself (Which is a pain, since the Wiki doesn't list the Remix teams on the same page as the normal teams, nor LINK to the page with the Remix teams from the Classic Mode teams), or deal with being underleveled, which can be nearly unbeatable for some teams (I'm currently playing a run using only pokemon from the MMMM quest. They aren't bad, but most of them aren't exactly broken or top tier.)
Can you PLEASE make it so that when we unfuse a pokemon with a hidden ability, that we keep the hidden ability? Because, as it stands now, the game punished players for using the randomizer with fused wild pokemon! Either that, or give us access to ability patches, and i don't mean somewhere late/end game!
Add some way to get more Mist Stones. Now, I'm not talking about making it easy, or giving the player access to it any time before the end of the post-game, but right now, there are only 3 ways to get more than 2 Mist Stones in a playthrough:
I like to create my own challenges in the game, and sometimes that requires that I start a New Game with evolved Pokemon, using a New Game + file. For instance, I sometimes play the game with only Shedinja fusions. Since New Game + devolves and levels your Pokemon down to level 5, I need Mist Stones for some of these runs. I imagine that some people might want to do solo runs with a fully evolved Pokemon, to see how far that mon can go.
Look, I get that the Mist Stones are powerful, but we've already got a way to get infinite (albeit with a lot of work) Master Balls and Rare Candies, which are also very powerful, so I don't see why there can't be a Late Post-Game, or even Post Post-Game way to get more Mist Stones. And having a bit more control over my New Game+ runs would be greatly appreciated.
How about a half pokeball icon (left/right) to indicate which pokemon you've caught when you encounter fusions?
maybe in randomized mode when you have starters randomized add something where you can rerandomize your starters? could have a limit of like maybe three rerolls or something. sometimes i get bad randomizations for the starters and wanna get a new set but having to go through the entire set up process again right after picking settings can get a bit tedious. or maybe just a way to save “presets” for randomization so that you can just quick load a set of personal randomization settings youve saved

It's a pretty small thing but I think it'd be interesting for more unique outcomes of trainer appearance in randomizer runs if people are interested in that.

No, but in such a small town, the misalignment is very noticeable. I know this is so minor and barely matters but it really irks me. I'm sorry to everyone who I have now cursed to notice this.

Some kind of setting to turn off the intro cutscene, when I start up the game it sometimes takes a few seconds (speedup doesn't do anything in this case) before I can even click through. Whilst I like the cutscene I wish there was a way to consistently skip it
Add in the missing TMs. For broken TMs like Spore, replace them some other move. At the very least these TMs should be added back into regular gameplay: Return, Stone Edge, Rock Throw, Poison Spikes, Dazzling Gleam and Volt Switch

Give Lycanroc the Tough Claws ability.
It makes sense why Dusk was not included, given that its nearly identical to Midday in design, stats, and movepool. However, since Dusk was omitted, we are missing out on a phenomenal Ability: Tough Claws.
Solution? Give Midday (Possibly Midnight as well) the Tough Claws ability. If a 3rd Ability or 2nd Hidden Ability is not possible, I suggest swapping out Keen Eye on Midday. It is arguably the weakest of its three Abilities and it is fairly common. You can do the same for Midnight too, or let it keep Keen Eye to further stand out from Midday.
I think this is a fair compromise for omitting Dusk.

Give Rotom forms separate Dex slots. They have higher BST than base Rotom, swap the Ghost Type for another type and slightly different movesets. There are other Pokémon I feel like are deserving of more slots like Kyurem Black/White and Ash-Greninja, though I feel like the change in type and not just to BST warrants Rotom extra slots sooner.
Change Rotom's BST to 520. Since the other forms won't be added, just change the BST so it's at least a bit more viable for fusions.
Make opposing Pokemon display a different main sprite if the player has that same fusion in their party
Add in in Ability Patch so we can get HAs for all Pokémon. I know it's a gen 8 item, I just think it helps with QoL.

Add a randomised set of starters as an option to the starter pokemon setup (water/fire/grass starters, picked at random), in addition to full sets from each region and fully customizable option.
Update the droprate of Light Ball on Pikachu to an Uncommon drop (5% drop rate), instead of the current Rare drop rate (1%) . Especially since the Lighthouse quest was removed that rewarded the player a Light Ball, trying to grind a Light Ball with a 1% drop rate is pretty punishing. The mainline games, Light Ball is a 5% drop rate as well, so would be good to synch that drop rate to this game as well.
This should also include Spell Tag on Duskull and Dusclops. It is currently set to a 1% drop rate, but mainline games have it set to 5%.

When fused pokemon should be allowed 6 moves instead of base 4. I feel that with two pokemon having completely different move sets in other games are very limited once fused because of the restriction. I suggest not 8 because that would be too much and even 5 would also be great, just more than 4 to account for both mons' moves.

Remove the mention that NPC trainers use "better AI" from the difficulty selection info of what the hard difficulty does. Unless this has changed recently and I'm not up to date, there's not different AIs for different difficulty levels (on hard trainers other than gym leaders are allowed to use items which makes them harder, but their decision process for selecting moves is not better than in easy or normal)
Add the text “Press Space To Continue” to the title screen. Lots of newcomers think their games are broken because they don’t realize they’re waiting for minutes on the title screen. Common solution is just to say “press space” but this should eliminate that complaint

Can we give Charizard, Gyarados, Dragonite Dragon Ascent through legendary move expert? Since 6.0 update, their fusion are not guaranteened to have their primary type anymore and they do not have decent physical flying type moves. With the addition of Liquidation as a TM/Tutorable move, Pokemon like Sharpedo would finally have reliable Phys STAB. Liquidation was a Move Tutor move in USUM, so it's not like this would be a post-gen-8 thing.

Update the read me file to be up to date with the game. After trying to manually download sprites by following the current file i found it didnt work because it was not up to date. instead I had to find a link to a google doc that had different instructions.

With the sprite repo being down, what if you added a game mode called something like 'mystery mode' where it's like random mode but all the sprites are the question marks, then when you kill that mon it will then reveal that sprite or if you make that fusion, example, you encounter a charslash there are 6 different fusions with that name and you have to guess what of the charmander line it is and if it's fused with sandslash or agislash

Give players an option to use alt sprites first instead of main sprites. This allows meme sprites and the like to be found more naturally without you having to manually change them.
An item that combines the effects of the Everstone and Eviolite. I understand that many people want the Eviolite to keep pokemon from evolving, but there's also a camp that prefers using it as a temporary means of beefing up Pokemon they fully intend to evolve. I think this is a good compromise between the two ideas- a craftable item that can be made by that one old lady at Knot Island that crafts the Diamond Necklace, using the Eviolite and Everstone as materials. This way, people who don't want to be burdened by constant B cancelling their Eviolite builds have an item that stops this, people who want Eviolite to act as a temporary buff still get that, and it's clearly communicated what it's effect is by the items being literally combined. Win-win, right?
More of a technical suggestion with the game's network logic considering the current state of the custom sprites repo. With no guarantee if the repo will come back up with the current host GitLab, has the developer considered using an Amazon Web Services server to host the sprite repo? With AWS, a server can be scaled up or down depending on various needs, from storage space to network bandwidth. This would reduce the chance of an outage due to excessive network traffic, something that happened with one of the Infinite Fusion Pokédex sites that used GitHub for its sprite repo.
An everything fused mode but with original route encounters. Randomized mode supports an "everything fused" but it only works if you randomize the routes, leading to a change of what can be found per route. This would fuse everything, but only with encounters already on the route. So for example viridian forest would only be fusions of caterpie/metapod/weedle/kakuna/pichu/meowth/etc... with no unfused pokemon encounters.
Make it so that if a Pokemon can learn a move naturally or via some other means outside of a TM, and a TM for the move exists, that the Pokemon can learn the move via TM as well. Ex; Shroomish can learn Spore naturally via level, but can't learn it via the TM for the move because the TM never existed in the mainline games.

If it were accessible via Move Tutor/Move Expert, it could be taught to Fire types other than Heatmor or Salazzle (since they aren’t in PIF). please please please frog have like a bug fixing team where all they are allowed to do in regards to the game is fix bugs. there are so many cool things this game can do but it just wont because of a bug thats been in for like the last 3-4 updates and no eta on when or if it will be fixed

Trainer rematches giving a single Pokédollar as a reward. That way it doesn't break the economy by just allowing you to refight trainers for money, but lets Pay Day still give payouts at the end of trainer rematches
having caught/seen a fusion should count for catching/seeing the unfused pokemon as well
For example if i catch a Pichu/caterpie, it should also count as catching a caterpie and a pichu for the pokedex. Same if i evolve if i fully evolve them without ever unfusing, it should count as me having caught a pikachu, raichu, caterpie, and Butterfree.
While getting a full dex fusions included might as well be impossible due to the amount of them, getting a full dex of all unfused pokemon is very much within the realm of possibility. This change would make it much less cumbersome, specially if you decide to go for it after a regular playthrough, where you're likely to have ran with a fully fused team. This change would make the process much easier compared to regular games since you can level up 2 family lines at the same time, and the super splicers makes leveling up pokemon much easier, but id still be quite the undertaking to do it and you can argue that this mostly cuts on the grindiest part of the whole process: leveling up the pokemon
Also add a way to see the pokedex of only unfused pokemon, and add a reward for players that do complete it
Is it possible to use the SevenZipRuby gem library (or something similar) to allow the game to read/use/access compressed files, thus reducing the amount of files that need to be extracted, and avoiding the (sometimes very long) extraction times that even WinRAR and 7Zip have with the large archives? It might necessitate the CustomBattler sprites in particular being broken up into multiple smaller archives, as one large archive might have performance issues.

Add an item or NPC the player can use to permanently stop level-based evolution for a selected Pokemon in the player's party. "Press B" isn't a real solution, since it needs to be done ~99 times throughout a playthrough until the Pokemon reaches Level 100. Everstone is not a solution, since it applies an unnecessary handicap by preventing the Pokemon from using Hold Items.

A method to teach pokemon Rock Slide, whether that be through TM, tutor, or otherwise. Rock Slide is one of the best general-purpose rock-type attacks (75 dmg, 10 pp, multi-target, flinch proc) with many pokemon able to learn it through TM/tutor in mainline games, so it being left out of IF leaves a niche that other rock-type attacks like Stone Edge or Smack Down can't reasonably fill.
I don't know how possible this would be, but what if certain Pokemon that feature other Pokemon in their fusion sprites (I.E. Kangaskhan and Eevee) could have unique typings? Say, maybe it has Fire/Water/Electric, something that would normally be impossible but could make certain Fusions more interesting
Please resprite the counter in the Pokémon center; the current (tilemap? sprite?) is atrocious. It has staircasing, jaggies, translucent stray pixels, half pixels, and color outside of the appropriate outlines. For something that players will see so much when they play the game, it's in an unprofessional state.
Change the way fusion stats are generated (bear with me). The current system leaves many pokémon in the position of being significantly less viable as a head than a body or vice-versa. Long have people wanted to use a Dark-type Weavile fusion or a Fairy-type Wigglytuff fusion or a cool Gardevoir-body sprite, but found that such fusions are much weaker than the reverse. This hurts the variety of options available to players, which is supposed to be one of this game's biggest strengths. My proposed solution is this: EVERY stat is weighted as a Head stat (Head×2/3 +Body×1/3), but take the resulting stats and multiply them by the average of the two pokémon's BSTs ÷ the weighted average of their BSTs (Head×2/3 +Body×1/3). Fusions done this way will have the same BST as their reverse while crucially still being distinct from each other—a fusion's stat distribution will look more like its head than its body.
In an equation: Stat = (BodyStat + 2×HeadStat) × (BodyBST+HeadBST)÷2 ÷ (BodyBST + 2×HeadBST)
(exception: Chansey/Blissey reaches base 260 HP this way; everything else is probably fine)

Since we're close to the release of being able to customize our trainer's looks, there's a few things I'd like to bring up:
1- Saving Outfits/Looks Across Savefiles. I imagine each of the clothing and hairstyle looks will have to be unlocked/purchased over time, but once they are, there should be something early on (like in the player character's room) that should allow them to access whatever cosmetics they unlocked across all files. That way, you if you have a default look you like, or you're streaming and want your character to look like your avatar, OC or whichever, you can just walk up to your PC or something and hit a few buttons to access it quickly.
2- Skin Colors. I think being able to switch between skin tones aside from the normal human/IRL ones would be neato. Green, blue, purple and the rest should be viable options.
3- Glasses of Varying Sizes. There should be different kinds of glasses for our characters to wear ingame; big specs, small ones, sunglasses, monocles, those would all be good.
4- "Creature Cosplay" Parts. Wings, ears, tails, robot heads, etc...those sorts of things would allow for a lot of creativity to create characters beyond just the base human looks. (taking the skin color suggestion into account, you could like, make a Tiefling for instance if you really wanted to)

I would love more customizable difficulty options. I like that I have to grind less on Easy mode, but wish I could still play with the smarter AI and items of Hard mode

a cosmetic only version of reversers. swaps the appearance of a fusion to its opposite, but not its stats or type. there's been so many times when i've had a cool fusion that has a sprite i Love but is just statistically worse than its inverse and had to settle for one or the other. this wouldn't impact gameplay in any way and would be purely cosmetic
replace the locations with duplicates of the same tm (dig, subsistute, hyper beam, and double team) with some of the missing tms (ie return, stone edge, dazzling gleam)

allow the move reminder to teach moves from previous evolutions. examples are stuff like breloom spore. it's frustrating when unfusing a pokemon can mean it loses a move that it cant relearn because its set to its default level up moves for that level.

Traded pokemon from trainers during a randomized run should be the actual randomized pokemon they used in that battle, perhaps the requested pokemon should be randomized too (having the option wont hurt anyone)
A method to teach Rayquaza its signature move from ORAS, "Dragon Ascent". The woman on Boon Island who's from Pacifidlog Town could be a tutor for it, just like how Rayquaza learns it in ORAS.
Add pokemon past the gen you capped off at, but only if they're evolutions of mons from before then. For example, Kingambit or Dudunsparce could be added.

If possible, it would be nice for the Dream Mirror and Fuchsia City lady to indicate which map Hidden Abilities are spawning on if several maps share the same name (ex. Sky Pillar Cave vs Sky Pillar 1F, Rock Tunnel 1F vs Rock Tunnel B1F). This would bring naming conventions in line with Union Cave, which already indicates floors for its maps.

Please include shrinking and increasing the size of hats when placed on pokemon so that you can account for the pokemon's sprite size as well as tinier heads such as the head on Girafarig's tail or the tiny Wheezing Head.
