When you need to update you just run INSTALL_OR_UPDATE again. The .bat file does not demand access to your computer, it runs a script that puts the files there.
If you're uncomfortable with running a script you can forego lightweight and use preloaded

Ahh yeah it'll reroll IVs if it's not super. When unfusing the game is lying Super Splicer does have an effect. It takes the highest IVs from both sides

Hoenn is based in a southern part of Japan while Unova is based on NYC+Surrounding areas

Like gen 3 - 4 they did physical special split making hp stat an inferior stat and buffing attack and sp attack stat. 4-5 was the dragon gem fiasco, 6 was alright because of mega's but some mega's needed bigger stat boosts rather to make them more viable competitively. 6-7 z moves just further min maxxed everything, nd then 7-8 they did meg 2.0 and doubled HP and it felt like overtuned mega evolutions.

Its like the same problem that mmo's have over time. A large number of small changes adds up to power creep thats diagusting to look at. I think tailwind is a major cut they need to implement. I also think they shouls give weaker mega's some better BST's because just getting padded a flat amount just doesnt cut it.
