Since the tier is so bulky, there is a good chance rocks will go up again and again.
Add to that the many spinblockers that use good fusion and evioltiote to also stay in the game for a long time,(clefclops slowblade etc)
Meaning that offensive spinners (like starmie) simply put dont have enough offensive firepower to muscle past common spinblockers, nor do they have the longevity to remove rocks over and over again.
Meanwhile the 3 most common spinners Slowphan Tantress and reunicoal all booast the longevity necessary to be a nuisance for the entire match.
Shoutout to Hycruel which is the only offensive Spinner i know that is effective, but only because they are a dark/poison with levitate giving them a suprising amount of staying power.

Generally mixed attackers want enough of their worse offensive stat to 2hko the pokemon they want to hit with their coverage move (eg mixed infernape with grass knot) and then the rest in their normal offence, but thats harder here with such a wide pool of pokemon

Contrary is not banned and Lurantis is best as head, but all of the most used Lurantis fusions have already been sprited unfortunately.
You also don’t really see Lurantis much in general since its best Contrary move, V-create, is banned

Depends on the format you're talking about, but Smeargle in IF isn't actually that crazy when it comes down to it, because fusing pokemon already gives any pokemon nearly infinite access to moves or abilities, so the things that make smeargle so special aren't special anymore

but to add to this, technicly you can take the code to copy your team and put it in showdown, so of your friend and yourself play the game you can kind of fight with each others team (its someone on the second floor of every poke center)

I get baton pass, but theres quite a bit of counterplay for shell smash. Still, I'm trusting your knowledge here. Just know it seems strange.

There’s counter play but She’ll Smash correctly and you force a death and force their Unaware to come in which since all Unawares are low in stats makes it easily to break through them and then Haze and such requires Prankster to not die immediately and then. You can easily get chipped down from your constant hazing and taking hits and hazards

is Technician better than Protosynthesis? i'm noticing that Brute Bonnet gets a lot of special moves even though its highest stat is Atk. i unfortunately don't know how to set up the calculation ^_^;;

If EVs are customisable, you have the option of running either booster speed or attack with Protosynthesis (or either defences or spattack if you feel like it) so its better in that regard, however Technician bullet seed and dual wingbeat is really good

OU is the "normal" one,
Dex = Pokedex (so "IF Dex" tiers are using the Infinite Fusion Pokedex, while "NatDex" tiers are using the National Pokedex = all pokemon from all 9 gens)
OU = OverUsed (these are the pokemon that are used the most
UU = UnderUsed
RU = RarelyUsed
Ubers = the pokemon banned from OU for being too strong. This is mostly the legendaries
AG = Anything Goes, here you can find the pokemon/moves/abilities/whatever that are too strong even for Ubers, like Wonder Guard Shedinja fusions
