Basically there's a cap on the number of files that people can dl from the server per month ( and if I bust it, it's gonna cost $$$$ ) so to be careful I put a limit on the number of custom sprites that the game can download and after that it's going to show autogen sprites until the time window is up. It was 5 sprites/ 2 minutes yesterday. As of this morning I increased it to 6/1 minute
