Has anybody considered voting for Ribombee? Might not have the biggest stat spread, but it has an excellent speed stat and a special attack that's nothing to sneeze at either. Shield Dust is also a good ability, since a lot of powerful moves have some sort of secondary effect attached to them, like the flinch from Fake Out.
And finally, possibly the most important factor about Ribombee: it's cute 🥺

I once had an idea for a Villain Team leader who had already become champion and was about to implement an Ante Rule so that when people lost santcioned matches against official trainers (read: her) the winner could take one pokemon from their team. NOBODY in the league wanted this, but nobody was strong enough to challenge her. So you, the player, had to take her spot as Champion and get rid of her ability to implement this rule.
