Stakataka is my favorite Ultra Beast and one of my favorite Pokemon overall
But I think Palossand has more potential for FUSION, for both heads and body fusions. It has the sand sculptures concept for head fusions, and buildings for body fusions.
And since sand castles are already in the game it just fits perfectly in the game!
