Well this is a Pokémon I am very passionate about with it being my utmost favorite one in the franchise, so I have a lot to say about this one particular option.
1: Seviper looks amazing with their colour scheme consisting of Black, Gold, Purple & Red. Those colours combined make for good fusion material like Cofagregus, but wait there's more!
2: They have a Serpentine physic that very few Pokémon have in the game being the minority behind object mons, so it being a snake lends to more variety in bodies.
3: as a head it uses those aforementioned colours to advantage along with what those colours represent (Black being the main body, Purple scarring/patterens, Gold plating all over the body and red for the eyes, teeth & blade) and speaking of the blade;
4: though we already have Aegislash in the game for sword fusions, those fusions end up more so knightly and regal, while with Seviper those fusions will end up more so mischievous with both its pre-existing personality as well as its physical characteristics being more so suited to assasin or desert themed designs.
5: Though not directly Seviper itself, Zangoose is Jan's favorite pokémon, so we'll be doing Pokémon Challenges a favor.
& finally 6: once more they're my favorite Pokémon which is why I advocate for this one particular Pokémon in specific and no others.

So while it may not be a Pokémon you'd vote for on a normal day, these are the reasons why I am voting for Seviper
