This game lets you get silly and try things out. Why not experiment? If you dont want to kill it, false swipe will be a good staple. I think any status move will increase catch chance but sleep is really good.

I'm playing Pokemon Infinite Fusion (version 6.4.6) on Android using the JoiPlay emulator. I keep getting a crash every single time I try to battle a specific trainer (Youngster Ben on Route 3 / Map 490). Right now, my only option is to try and bypass him completely so the battle doesn't trigger.
​Here are my current randomizer settings:

​Here is the exact error message I get:
Exception: ArgumentError
Message: Invalid argument passed to method. Expected to be one of [Symbol, GameData::Species, String, Integer], but got NilClass.
​It seems the randomizer generated a missing or invalid Pokémon for this specific trainer. Has anyone experienced this on JoiPlay? Is there an actual fix for this (like reshuffling the trainers), or is avoiding him forever my only choice?

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps to fix:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF
   Note: If you are on Expert Mode, you can go to the help man and switch back to Classic rather than turning off random trainers.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Having trouble keeping up your chain? Read through the steps below.

1. Gather up Repels and Pokéballs of your choice. It is also recommended to have Elixirs, Ethers, or Leppa Berries as well to maintain PP.
2. Apply a repel outside of the grass ⬅️ and then enter the grass where your desired Pokémon is located. The Radar has its own built in Repel that only lasts 8 steps. The extra repel is for larger patches that would require more than those 8 steps. For small patches of grass, additional Repels aren’t needed
3. Use the Radar and interact with rustling grass until you find the Pokémon you are looking for, running away from any Pokémon you are not hunting.
4. Defeat or capture the Pokémon. Do not run away. More grass will be rustling around you. Choose a spot that is 4 steps away through grass tiles and is surrounded by grass on all sides. If such a location does not rustle, reuse your PokéRadar until it is. This will not break your chain.
5. Repeat step four until you find a shiny. You can use items between battles to maintain your Pokémon HP and PP.

After 20 battles, you have maxed out your Shiny chance. After 40 battles, you no longer risk breaking your chain based on grass distance however, having grass tiles around a spot is still important.

Hey @woven raptor! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Steps:

2. Level up the fusion to any evolution level. Nincada evolves at lvl. 20. Make sure you have a red Pokeball and an empty slot in your party.

• Note: Any evolution will work, meaning if the other half evolves under 20 (e.g Kakuna, the dupe will also work and you will end up with two Beedrills.)

3. The fusion will now split: you'll have a Ninjask and, in the empty space you had, you'll now have a Shedinja. Both will be fused with the Pokemon you're duping.

IVs ,EVs, and Natures will also carry onto both the new fusions and will have the exact same values.

The only way to get debug is by completing the base Pokedex. The Joiplay cheat menu is disabled when downloading. Any other way to access debug without completing the base Pokedex is considered cheating

Hey @blazing willow! Magic Boots are an IN GAME reward for catching all unfused 501 Pokemon in a non-randomized file (Dex number 1-501). After doing so, the Developer in Celadon will reward you with them. Putting them on will unlock DEBUG options that you can play with.

Attempting to edit code to enable debug will void all support. Debug is only obtainable as an in-game reward for catching all 501 Base Pokémon.

Additionally, sharing ways to enable debug or modify code is NOT allowed and we will assume you yourself have done so.

The ONLY way to regain support is to delete your game folder and reinstall using the files linked in #downloads. Even after reinstalling, Tech Support and Gameplay helpers can still deny support if they so choose. Reinstalling will not affect your save files.
