those are not considered as items required for progression, nor key items.
it is a side-story, thus not protected from randomizer.

the game warns you of this when you select the option to randomize items.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Hey @burnt minnow! Magic Boots are an IN GAME reward for catching all unfused 501 Pokemon in a non-randomized file (Dex number 1-501). After doing so, the Developer in Celadon will reward you with them. Putting them on will unlock DEBUG options that you can play with.

Hey @halcyon remnant! Are you having trouble finding the entrance to Mt. Ember? Talk to Team Rocket outside of Cinnabar Island's Ferry Dock. Follow them inside and they will steal the boat. You will need to use surf through the currents in the Offshore Road to get to Mt. Ember.

How to get Mimikyu to spawn:

1. You have to leave the room and come back for it to reset
2. **IMPORTANT ** Before playing the piano, use the Image below. These are the Register points for each room. Make sure to walk over those squares facing those directions multiple times for the puzzle to recognize you "Been" to each room. This is the reason for it to not spawn correctly.
3. Play the piano and interact with the doll. It will say "This wasn't here before" and should be in a different location now. Move to the room the doll is in and interact with it.
4. Repeat these steps until the doll is on top of the piano.
5. Talk to the doll on the piano and that is when you get the "Run away" sound cue. This means if you go to the entrance room, Mimikyu will be there.

-** IF THE DOLL GETS STUCK**, repeat step 1 to reset the room and try it again. Step 2 is important for the doll to not get stuck.

Get yourself 6 pokemon that you think look cute or cool. When it comes to type matchups, grass and electric is good against water. If you are playing on hardmode fighting and fire is good against ice.

Knowing weaknesses and resists helps, you can enable an option to show the opponent's types as well.
Other than that, general tips would be to train several pokemons to be able to face a variety of opponents.

I do not agree with this. Infinate fusion although complicated it sure is one hell of an introduction. I definately recommend other games official hacks and roms but I think starting with Infinate Fusion is okay. Just play the game at your own pace and explore the nooks and crannies, read the NPC texts and catch everything once. Sure type match ups are probably going to be hellish for you, but I think you can make it happen!

To use Exp Share, give it to a Pokémon to hold. That Pokémon will now gain XP without needing to participate in battle.

You should try to read NPC dialogue! They give very good hints on how to continue the game. Sometimes they also give you items! Don't forget to talk to NPC's and read what they say.

Hey @rain laurel! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.
