I mean, your pokemon will probably die. You need to use Destiny Bond when you are sure your Gen/Noi dies. Then the bird who attacked him dies aswell. You throw any pokemon into the fight, revive your Gen/Noi, let the random pokemon die, choose Gen/Noi for the fight and repeat

If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

Wearing their uniform can stop the story from progressing until you change at some specific points but that's about it.
The missions do vanish after you progressed far enough in the story though

A select list can be respawned by defeating the elite 4 (if you defeated them or ran away for example, not if you beat them).

Some can be spawned a second time even if you caught them by clearing mount silver.

Legendaries are not that big of an issue by the way, you use a speed ball in the first turn (for a decent chance at getting the capture right there), if you have a move that leaves them on 1 HP and a move that puts them to sleep, you can use status balls for a pretty high chance for the capture.
You can also use time balls after 10 turns for a similar effect.
1 HP + sleep is a combo that drastically increases the capture chance in the first place, combined with good balls you typically capture them in less than 20 turns unless they can heal.

If you have an empty slot in your party and a normal red Pokéball in your bag (won't work with other balls), you'll also get a Shedinja! If your Nincada was fused with something else (say, a rare legendary), you'll thus have two fusions of that other Pokémon, successfully duplicating it. :eyes:

and in the List of items page it says dark stone and light stone are used to encounter the zecrom/reshiram fusion, and there is no black stone and white stone
