How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

Wondering what the different game files are?

  • Game.exe is the normal game. You don't need sprite packs as they are downloaded automatically with the latest sprites as you play.
  • Game-performance.exe is the lighter version of the game required to make it work on slower computers. It has long black screen start up and pc/party sprites are invisible until your next game restart. For new sprites, monthly sprite-packs must be downloaded manually.

Each pokemon has its own catch rate. Wild fusions will always have the lower catch rate as the two Pokemon that make up the fusion.
For individual Pokemon catch rates, check the Wild Encounters Wiki.

Certain Pokeballs can increase the catch rate of Pokemon based on a multiplier

  • Normal Pokeball = 1x
  • Great Ball = 1.5x
  • Ultra Ball = 2x
  • Fusion Ball = 3x if the wild Pokemon is fused. 1x otherwise.
  • Masterball = 100% catch rate.

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

MOVES:

A Fusion learns all of the moves either half would learn, according to their gen 7 movepools (sun/moon).

EVOLUTION:

A Fusion evolves according to each half's evolutionary method separately. A Caterpie/Jigglypuff will evolve into Metapod/Jigglypuff at lv7, or into Caterpie/Wigglytuff with a Moon Stone.

  • -# If both halves of a fusion evolve with the same method, you can pick which to evolve first.
  • -# Most trade-based evolutions (and a few others) are different, you can ask "how to evolve [prevo name] in ⁠ask-a-bot if you want to learn about a specific evolution method.

TYPES:

A Fusion's types are the head's first type and the body's second type.

The body will provide its first type instead of its second IF the head is already providing that type.

Hey @twilit flame! Are you trying to evolve Nincada? It evolves into Ninjask at level 20! If you have an empty slot in your party and a normal red Pokéball in your bag (won't work with other balls), you'll also get a Shedinja! If your Nincada was fused with something else (say, a rare legendary), you'll thus have two fusions of that other Pokémon, successfully duplicating it. :eyes:
