In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

idk if this has been answered yet but there are no IV boosting items. However you can "train" a pokemon's IVs if you have lots of super splicers. When you use a super splicers, it takes the highest IV of either material for each stat (eg, if pokemon A has IVs 31/18/0/0/0/0 and pokemon B has 0/20/10/0/0/0 then the fusion would have 31/20/10/0/0/0). When you unfuse, the body keeps the IVs, while the head is generated as a new pokemon with random IVs. So by fusing and unfusing over and over, you can keep rolling new IVs and keeping any high ones you get until your fusion has perfect IVs
