okay, i dont think you guys are getting it. i know how it works generally, the pokemon levels werent an issue for me ever before and im not doing anything generally different. I am experiencing some kind of bug/glitch where I get into a pokemon battle EVERY STEP after using the radar, I can never make it to shaking grass because EVERY move i make in the grass triggers an encounter

Hey @wanton yarrow! Are you looking for Cut? The Cut HM is given to you by the captain of the S.S Anne! You can get an S.S Anne ticket from Bill at the end of Cerulean Cape, which is north of Cerulean. You'll then find the key to the Captain's cabin on the deck of the S.S Anne. You can also get its replacement item, the Shears, on the east path of Route 2 (only once you have the HM already). You can use Cut to access it from the west path of Route 2, or take Diglett's cave from Vermillion City to get to it!

Currently, Viridian River has a bug and it's been a week of grinding for me to get all except charmander lol

you enter, collect the starters, then if you reenter you'll get the 6gen starters, so just teleport and come back, it usually resets the thing

Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/Custom Battlers/Sprites to import.

1. Launch the game.
2. The game will automatically detect the new sprites.

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

seems like i can still do the quest, i just needed to find the grunt at goldenrod i think, at least i can talk to him now (i went elevator, B1 floor, exit, and they spotted me there, then i talked to the guy in front of the door in the train station i got sent)

Theres also an npc outside the island you can surf to that lets you change sides. Idk if it restarts the quest on the island though as i didnt say yes.
