How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

yeah, in the code it says when you pick up the egg, it gets a random number from 0-10. If it lands on 0, it occurs. So doing it 10 times doesn't mean it is 100% chance you get it. Literally everytime you try and pick it up, it is a 10% chance

You can get an S.S Anne ticket from Bill at the end of Cerulean Cape, which is north of Cerulean. You'll then find the key to the Captain's cabin on the deck of the S.S Anne. You can also get its replacement item, the Shears, on the east path of Route 2 (only once you have the HM already). You can use Cut to access it from the west path of Route 2, or take Diglett's cave from Vermillion City to get to it!

Randomised Mode:
Randomised mode is only offered if you already have a save file, so that people will play classic mode for their first playthrough.

In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

Did I mess up the Rocket quests?

Hi! I just updated my game to the newest version, and went to catch every new Pokemon from the update. I looked up to the wiki to find them. Since Diancie is my favorite Pokemon, I decided to go for it first. I found the rocket outfit and went to Goldenrod where I did the Pinkan Island quest. Fast-forward to now, I'm searching for Scraggy, and it talks about "Rocket quests", and especially one in Céladon. I went in the sewers, found the lift key, went to BF2 and there was no-one. By searching on this subreddit I found that I was supposed to meet Archer here, but since I did the Pinkan island quest, he's been arrested, and he's not here. Did I miss something? Can I still do the quests?
