Hey @glad pumice! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

You can also get its replacement item, the Handtruck, on Route 13, from the trainer with a Rhyhorn (only once you have the HM already).

In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. If there are multiple entries to a pokemon fusion it picks one at random. You can change it if you open the pokemon's summery menu, go all the way to the right, then go right one more time to access the dex menu, then over to the sprites menu, and you should be able to change it there

Cross referencing the list, it seems all mons that learn teleport in Let’s Go Pik/eevee are able to learn it in the game

And then it’s given to mons in other gens that seemingly had the move in their learnset from other gens, or would make sense for them to know it

hey, having an issue with Azalea town, when i first got there it wasnt flooded and then i first met Kurt at the ruins where he confessed to flooding the town, when i went back to the town it was flooded and Kurt was there, spoke to him once and left the town to do something and came back and the town was unflooded again. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).
