Been meaning to talk about Mimikyu. The step-by-step guide is good, but has more steps than needed. These are the triggers that worked for me and everyone I share it with. No need to play the piano multiple times or such

Exit to reset, then follow these instructions to the letter
Step 1: Visit every room, you need to make sure the game recognizes this or it will break
Step 2: play the piano. Just 1 note will do
Step 3: find a doll in one of the other rooms, interact with it, then exit room. Check to make sure it left when you do.
Step 4: repeat step 3 until the doll has been in every room. It should now be in the piano room
Step 5: after interacting with it one last time, the prize will be in the entrance room

Hey @hidden bough! Are you having trouble finding the entrance to Mt. Ember? Talk to Team Rocket outside of Cinnabar Island's Ferry Dock. Follow them inside and they will steal the boat. You will need to use surf through the currents in the Offshore Road to get to Mt. Ember.

@acoustic kiln For the strict trade evos (Gengar, Machamp, Golem) you can level them to 40 or buy and use a link cable item. Any trade evos needing a held item (Electivire, Magmortar, Scizor) just use the item on them.

the mareanie doll is from kin island fisherman house. You can try getting that. But if you are on randomizer and you randomized static pokemon, then you just gotta get lucky to find a mareanie
