North of the bridge you will find a waterfall. Climb up to find two secret agent type NPCs around a small crater. Talk to them and they will ask you to find the other pieces of an alien spaceship. The first one is located on Route 32 near a ledge. The second one is underwater on Route 19, South of Fuschia. You have to find the dive spot on route 20 and then head east to find it. After finding the two pieces, go back to the secret agent near Bond Bridge and they will use the locations of the pieces to triangulate the location of the mothership. It is located on Birth Island. Hey @idle sedge! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

I seem to have noticed a minor texture error... Nothing to fret over, since it doesn't quite affect gameplay, but at the start menu, I can't help but notice that the PC's hat is... Well, missing. I should note that the in-game model still has this hat.
This doesn't seem to happen in-game (though the hat does seem prone to floating in place after entering buildings), but it's an interesting thing to note. Again, not game-breaking in any way. Just a funny little whoopsy-doodle I thought worthy of noting.

Hey @plain depot! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

Using the train to get to Goldenrod, you can access the Goldenrod underground, and on Fridays you can go into the Goldenrod underground (top left of the city) which you can then give money to the Busker playing music. 1000=1 Karma

Buying Pokemon from Celedon Black Market (enter the cafe at night) drops Karma by 15 every purchase. Those are the best two ways I've found to fluctuate your karma for those legendaries

Follow them to the harbor and the sailor will take you to P2 Laboratory. Once you’re there, enter the building and defeat the three Plasma grunts. Enter the backroom to find a room with a vat in the middle. Interact with it to encounter Genesect. The various drives needed for Genesect’s signature move are found on the ground in the Laboratory.||
