You can also get its replacement item, the Handtruck, on Route 13, from the trainer with a Rhyhorn (only once you have the HM already).

Im currently collecting a living Dex and am using the pokedex listed on the fandom page about the game. right now my ingame pokedex shows 477 owned Pokemon but the fandom site ends with Ultra Necrozma at Nr. 470. Where is the mistake here and how do i go further?
Also the fandom dex listed has many pokemon in disarray after Johto thus not really showing the actual order of a dex, is there maybe another Dex to follow?

Exit to reset, then follow these instructions to the letter
Step 1: Visit every room, you need to make sure the game recognizes this or it will break
Step 2: play the piano. Just 1 note will do
Step 3: find a doll in one of the other rooms, interact with it, then exit room. Check to make sure it left when you do.
Step 4: repeat step 3 until the doll has been in every room. It should now be in the piano room
Step 5: after interacting with it one last time, the prize will be in the entrance room
