Hey @pearl glade! Are you looking for Cut? The Cut HM is given to you by the captain of the S.S Anne! You can get an S.S Anne ticket from Bill at the end of Cerulean Cape, which is north of Cerulean. You'll then find the key to the Captain's cabin on the deck of the S.S Anne. You can also get its replacement item, the Shears, on the east path of Route 2 (only once you have the HM already). You can use Cut to access it from the west path of Route 2, or take Diglett's cave from Vermillion City to get to it!

I'm rather new to Pokemon Infinite Fusion. I just beat Brock. I noticed that for every fight I did only the party members in the fight got XP. Do you get an XP share later on or do I have to grind for all my mons.

You can get an exp share (half the experience goes to one mon) before the next gym and an exp all (everyone gets exp) around the badge 5 area

Or just activate easy mode with the help man at the pokecenter, all it does is give you exp all

litterly every trainer that you can rematch battle can level up. there is no set list of only these rematchable trainers can and these reamtachable ones cant

the reason i thought only some trainers leveled up is because some would say after a battle "my pokemon leveled up from fighting you" or "if we fight one more time my mons will level up :D".
so i thought the ones that only asked for a rematch didn't level up lol.

as wonder trade is bst based meaning you get a pokemon with similar bst to the one you give out. you can get a legend every time by just wonder trading slaking a bunch until you get the mon you want

Hey @pearl glade! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM!
You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).
