Hey @mental pollen! Are you trying to evolve Nincada? It evolves into Ninjask at level 20! If you have an empty slot in your party and a normal red Pokéball in your bag (won't work with other balls), you'll also get a Shedinja! If your Nincada was fused with something else (say, a rare legendary), you'll thus have two fusions of that other Pokémon, successfully duplicating it. :eyes:

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

This will fix the issue going forward, but sprites already messed up you might have to fix yourself from the Pokedex.

If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

Yes, debug can’t be unlocked in randomized mode. When you talk to update man and select advanced settings you get a big warning to not to so it doesn’t flag you as randomized

If you want to get debug though, just use New Game +
It transfers every mon you caught into an untainted file, reduced to lv 5 in their lowest form. Keeps all held items too!
That should give you a head start on Dex completion (note you cannot unfuse anything transferred this way until post-e4)

If you want to use a controller, close the game, plug in your controller to your PC, and then open the Game.

Be aware, pressing F1 to remap controllers will not work. You need to use a 3rd party app like Steam or JoyToKey to remap your controller to keyboard presses. Ex: A button to Accept/Confirm = C Keyboard Key

I'm sure this has been asked a million times before, but is there a reason why the music isn't looping properly in this game?

Idk if it matters but I'm playing using RPGMaker so I figured I'd mention that.

But basically any battle that goes on for too long causes the music to eventually end and then restart from the very beginning which means I sometimes hear the battle start music in the middle of battle.
Although this happens for all music, it's most noticeable in long battles and the PokéCenters

Nah. It’s all versions I think. I only play on my laptop. Once the music plays long enough (often 2-3x longer than you’d usually be expected to be on that screen) it either cuts out or fades as if it reached the end of the song track without a proper loop.
It’s especially creepy if you’re in Lavender Tower in the middle of the night with the lights off as the music will remain gone until you leave😅
