Hey @remote junco! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

Yeah nah, on my end it works fine.
weird thing is; unless you are on preloaded the game should recognise this sprite. even if it was new last pack (idk if it was) and give a questionmark sprite if your connection timed out for some reason.
