If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

Hey @upbeat drum! Are you looking for Cut? The Cut HM is given to you by the captain of the S.S Anne! You can get an S.S Anne ticket from Bill at the end of Cerulean Cape, which is north of Cerulean. You'll then find the key to the Captain's cabin on the deck of the S.S Anne. You can also get its replacement item, the Shears, on the east path of Route 2 (only once you have the HM already). You can use Cut to access it from the west path of Route 2, or take Diglett's cave from Vermillion City to get to it!

Hey @broken apex! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM!
You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

Hey @junior bobcat! Are you trying to unfuse a fusion? Use a DNA splicer on it!

If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!
