It used to be, but that was figured out with 6.0

It's why we got 45 new mons in 6.0. They completely changed the way fusions work

They each used to be their own separate mon in the data. Now they're generated when created.

Hey @misty edge! Are you looking for a Mimikyu? Mimikyu can be found in the creepy house on route 15 as a static encounter after doing a puzzle. (You will need rock smash, strength, and surf to reach the house.) Enter the house and go down into the basement , then go into each room and move around a bit inside to make sure the game registers you went in.
Next, go to the piano and play until you hear the "run away" sound, then go find the creepy doll in one of the rooms and INTERACT WITH IT; you should get a message along the lines of "This wasn't here before." Go back to the piano and repeat this until the doll shows up in all four rooms and INTERACT WITH IT EVERY TIME.
Once you've done this go to the piano and play again until Mimikyu shows up behind you and runs down. Follow it to the first room to find it waiting to fight.
Follow this guide if you're having trouble getting it to spawn!

Hidden abilities are rare, the outbreaks just make it pretty common, you can get them randomly in my experience, also you can get a special || pokeball || later on that guarantees it from the special || pokeball vendor || in Saffron City, and as for seeing where they are ^^^

If you have a good catching Pokémon then the || pokeball vendor questline || is pretty easy, as long as you have access to Saffron, the ball in question has a lower catch rate, but its way better than the rng of both normal rates and waiting for an outbreak in the correct area, plus it gets you a whole assortment of useful tools along the way for countering other rare mechanics.

If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

No the only way to influence IVs to my knowledge is stat increase items and the special poke ball that boosts IVs on catch from the poke ball vendor in Saffron. Other than that, you just gotta get lucky.

If you just started then it would be dependent on if you want to restart, however if you are a decent ways through then I would suggest just defeating the || elite four || and starting the new game + option, you keep all your Pokémon and can play through again with new options.

Hey @buoyant iron! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.
