If this were on 1.22.1 there was a bug where it wasn't using the formula that makes sure there's equal distribution chance so you were much more likely to appear near the center, as well, haha.

Depends whether it’s a server side, client side, both, code mod, content mod, both code and content. Whether it’s just json, does entities like mobs, adds in modded blocks, modded items or armor, changes code of the game or server

Good rule of thumb is to have the mod count as low as you possibly can. For bigger servers if 40% or more of the players aren’t using that mod, toss it if it’s medium or more impact

Even if a mod is lightweight impact, it still impacts the speed that someone can load into the server. With mods causing tons of crashes due mods having bad compatibility. It makes players take longer and longer to get back into the server

All of our civilization events have permadeath. But that only starts after grace period ends within 1-3 days. Grace period allowing you 8-24 hours of time to properly prepare for permadeath.

We also do other 100-1000+ player events for challenges or siege events. Like 200 player attackers Vs 200 player defenders defending a 17th century fort or 13th-15th century castles.
