I'm having some trouble with getting GPU plugin working after updating from Fedora 42 to 43. I checked the usual suspect nvidia drivers but they seem to be working (tested with nvidia-smi ) and glxgears works so OpenGL seems ok. Not sure what else to check. I'm using Bolt launcher if it makes a difference (was also using on Fedora 42 when it was working).

Hi guys, as of yesterday i've been getting this stuttering issue, can replicate it in this exact same spot at the GE every time even w/ entity hider on, but happens elsewhere too - Macbook Pro M2, 512gb storage 16gb ram. As is common i updated my pacman packages and i think my graphics drivers got bumped which has bricked 117 and gpu from being enabled. How often does the loot tracker sync the data to my runelite account? Is it every 5 minutes like setting changes or every time the tracker is updated? If im swapping between my computer and playing on my steam deck frequently, both using the same runelite account, will the loot tracker stay in sync?

I go to login screen and then exit the client on my Mac and immediately open the window on my desktop and have never had an issue.

I would suggest to never leave both clients open and close one before you switch to the other

Hello I'm having issues with the client freezing on login. It freezes after clicking play now and in the upper left just says loading - please wait. I see that others are not having this issue so was wondering if I could get some help. So far my troubleshooting has involved turning off literally every plugin to try and see if it will let me through then but it still gets stuck.

Not sure how useful these logs will be, I cant personally see anything regarding menu entry swapper.

Update: Some interesting interactions happen when runelite loads my cloud profile settings.

Restored a known good backup of my .runelite folder, but that did not fix the issue.

Interesting part is the moment I logged back into my rl account, it loads the settings I unintentionally set earlier 4/1/26, but no others. Seems the plugin ignores local settings completely.

Adding this incase it helps.

Your runelite files live here. C:\Users\(USER)\.runelite replace (USER) with your computer accounts username.

your plugins will re-download when the profile you are using uses those plugins.

If they are hub plugins, rl staff does not provide support.

You could try deleting your cache, that usually fixes weirdness with plugins.

Close runelite fully, I suggest launcher as well, then.

Delete everthing Inside: ~\.runelite\cache and within ~\.runelite\jagexcache\oldschool\LIVE, only files starting with main_file_cache, do not delete preferences.dat or preferences2.dat then restart launcher and runelite.

preferences.dat and preferences2.dat store your in-game settings.

It's a good idea to backup those two files incase something goes wrong.

This isn't really a great solution, but I believe the macOS tick problem can be solved by using ethernet. Obviously that's a pain for some people, but if you're super serious about it, worth considering. Also locating your computer near your router and ideally not blocked by walls, near appliances, etc.

Does anyone have issues with key binding on a logitech mouse on MacOS? I'm trying to set Shift to one of the side buttons. In the client, it toggles Shift and does not release when releasing the button. The mouse works correctly outside Runelite. I have tried enabling and disabling "disable extra mouse buttons"

• Open the screenshot directory by right-clicking 📷 Camera button, navigate 1 directory up, then open logs folder.
• Navigate to %userprofile%\.runelite\logs on Windows or $HOME/.runelite/logs on Linux and macOS.

Upload the log files named client and launcher by dragging them to Discord. If there are files prefixed with jvm_crash dated from today, upload them too.

i have the logs, buts its a life time logs vs a daily what i was suggesting is that it has a seperate sectionf or daily log of xyz while also too keelping track of the lifetime loot, so a daily and a life time......so i can see what i made that day of xyz not all time

could someone help me, my runelite no longer shows a screenshot, log in, log out and wrench icon aswell as all my plugins pretty much being gone but its only on 1 specific profile whenever i delete everything and reload runelite i can swap to my ironman's profile just fine but when i swap to my main accounts profile it trips out and when i restart it no longer has the aforementioned items, is there a way to fix this or should i just make a new profile and start over with my plugins? https://i.imgur.com/ZOrxa7I.png

cuz this log is spammed with hash issues meaning something is causing the client to not recognize the plugin being downloaded

trying to play runelite (running a wayland compositor on linux) and almost everytime i resize the window the graphics get corrupted and is only fixed by resizing the window some more. this happens when fullscreening, opening the side bar, and manually resizing the window.
i've tried disabling hardware acceleration to no avail. disabling the gpu plugin also does not seem to help. I believe it has something to do with the stretched mode plugin.

Can’t be done per Logitech documentation. There are probably workarounds with re binding keys but Logi options treats Mac modifiers really weirdly
