all i've done is raise the bass slightly and the lower mids up to about +6db, works great on apex (for me). gain is unchanged, spatial audio leaning towards performance with distance at 50

Make sure you adjust game and discord sounds to accommodate for the different device, but it should be loud enough to even be a speaker if you have your audio set up right. you just have to turn your game volumes back up a little and discord's volume up too.

Absolute BASIC software features that have been asked for over a year now are still not fixed. Like being able to disable the feature where GG autonomously changes input/output setting on windows every time the system restarts. Like why?
Stop focusing on adding RGB sync and expanding Moments and fix the glaring audio issues in your audio application.

It's ridiculous how thoroughly the quality of the legendary Arctis line has been eroded by forcing users to use the GG - Sonar software despite it's broken state.

I'm in here frequently giving user support and 90% of it is a result of this broken GG and Sonar application. It's basic fixes we've been begging for. If we're going to be forced to use GG and Sonar to have access to basic common industry features that should have remained hardware features, like chatmix, then please listen and develop based on the feedback.

If I may ask what issue did you have that got direct attention from them to reach out to you about?

Friends and I have been reporting a lot of issues with the Sonar audio drivers and gotten no replies, including from emailing them directly to support.
It's very frustrating to see so much attention and work being put into things like Moments clipping (that hardly anyone uses because there are better faster integrated alternatives) and adding stuff like 3D Aim Trainer. (Like?? Aim Lab is free now) while there are huge issues with Sonar, which should be the priority since this is a hardware company first, and most known for their headsets.

SS is forcing us to use the GG software to me able to use the headsets, while turning it into bloatware was unnecessary features. Which wouldn't be an issue if said features weren't in a buggy beta state. Forcing users to beta test software by forcing them to run it just to have access to features that were previous hardware feature and are hardware features for most other brands is very frustrating to put it kindly.

Great to meet everybody. I picked up the 7+. and the WC Gel Earcups. These are great headphones. Good grief. Talk about immersion. ok so the way how steelseries firmware works is beyond my comprehension

so the reactive illumination is saved to the mouse at all times and it doesn't forgor it in the bluetooth mode

but active illumination is only saved to the mouse only if it's "disable illumination"

otherwise uses the default color cycle rainbow

is that the knob on the clitshaker 9000 doesn't control the volume
