just as my warranty was about to end the left side of my arctis 5 started rattling so hard so i reached out to cs and they offered a replacement given that i destroy the current product and they said the new product wont be covered by warranty

which i get cause warranty is about to end but i made sure to say that it would be fine as long as they sent a replacement headset in good condition

bro they sent the most god awful headset with the same problems including more

so i reach out to the same ticket before i ask for the refund for the placeholder they put on my card for the RMA order

they said no problem we'll send another one lets just finish up this warranty claim

and then did not let me open a new one

Gladius 2 Origin left rubber started peeling off within a month.
Delta headset RGB broke on left earcup.
ROG Phone 1 - screen died 2 times, USB port half dead, headphone jack dead. Also mobile network doesn't work 90% of the time.
ROG Strix Flare - alt key got perma pressed in.
Delta Core headset - microphone died.
Corsshair VIII Hero mobo - cannot flash BIOS. Eventually fixed after like 4 bios revisions or something.
Crosshair VIII Hero mobo again - very odd internet bug where my speed was reduced. Had to clean wipe my PC.
ROG Strix Go - usb dongle disconnecting.
ROG PG329Q - HDR completely broken.

And all of that is not including the insane amount of software issues.

And not including general quality of the products.

Which was... very hit and miss.
