I had similar issue with the engine, I tried: Open the settings in the software > selected 'Run Steelseries GG when computer starts', after that I hadn't issues anymore, before it just got stuck at loading icon

Why choose Artics Pro Wireless, when headsets like the Sony XM3 or similar cost less or others in the same Sony XM4 type price?

Because apart from the transmitting base station, the helmet only offers Bluetooth 4.1, no Hi-res, and I find many opinions saying that the spatialization of the bass and the midrange are questionable, I forgot that the bluetooth codec is in SBC, so no interest in wireless on the phone
