I joined her just to find out how to change players on my stratus duo manually but there doesn't seem to be a way, a design flaw. the tech support says its a software issue and wanted me to use the warranty to exchange it but it works perfectly fine other than the random changing of player number after you plug it up to charge. I just map the buttons to ALL the player positions so that the same button is used on all 4 and that basically fixes the problem I have of switching.

Yes that's possible. Although the switches on the apex are not hot-swappable. That means swapping the switches is a lot of solder-work. Good replacement switches with whom the LEDs should be compatible are Gatheron SMD because the SS switches are based on them as far as I know. I am also planning on swapping some of my switches. But you should know that your warranty will be voided (most likely, correct me if I'm wrong) and there is always the possibility to completely kill your keyboard with this venture.

Hey weird question for people who are wearing glasses. When I booted up today I wasn't getting audio. So I tried to open the software to see what was going on or if there was an update. It would pull up the typical window size, but the window was solid black. So I did a fresh install of GG to get the update, but now I can't get Sonar back in action. I made sure the app had me set as opted in as well
