The Arctis Prime doesn't have SteelSeries GG support

Because GG needs a USB data signal to communicate with the headset. A 3.5mm analog jack doesn't carry data so the software can't recognize it

Hey just wondering... since a couple of days ago if I am using GG, when my PC starts up theres a chance that audio just won't work. Like the audio engine won't startup and anytime I try to play a song or video etc. it just freezes the media and no sound. As soon as I uninstall GG it goes away (if I reinstall GG it will work, until restart then like I said theres a chance it wont). I dunno if GG got an update a few days ago that auto updated or what, as I haven't changed anything else on my PC afaik... anyways - the thing I'm wondering, I have the Arctis Wireless Pro so from what I can tell, all theoptions that are in GG are also covered by the receiver - am I likely to be missing out on anything not using GG?
