Most of the limited edition stuff doesn't get restocked once the initial run is sold out. The best way to try and get in before it's gone is to have SteelSeries social media account notifications turned on (specifically twitter). I think if you sign up for the news letter through the website it also sends notifications about limited edition products.

If you're just talking like in general stock notifications for something like the Arctis Pro Wireless or a keyboard then best thing to do is sign up for the email restock notification on the product page

Basically you need two separate USB to Type-C cables to update firmware. I used my OnePlus 7 Pro USB to Type-C charging cable to connect Aerox 3 to my PC separately and original Aerox 3 USB cable with extension adapter, wireless dongle, attached to the PC separately also.

After that I put Aerox 3 in 2.4Ghz mode to prompt firmware update. Still in 2.4Ghz mode, I updated to the lastest firmware without any start boxes greyed out.

SteelSeries’ Apex 3 TKL operates on its SteelSeries Engine, and right off the bat I noticed it looks almost too much like the Epic Games software.

This keyboard’s software is pretty similar to Razer’s Synapse software as it lets you add some apps to it like PrismSync, which can be used to match your Apex 3’s lighting to any of SteelSeries’ compatible peripherals and even some motherboards. Unfortunately, my motherboard wasn’t cool enough to work with PrismSync, but that’s alright.

I have an arctis 1 because it's somewhat cheap and wireless, so far it seems good and noise cancelling is okay, but if someone is talking loudly you can hear them, but I can't even tell when people are coming in and out so I would say the noise cancelling is good, the microphone I can't tell because I can't hear myself but you can take the mic out and put another in if it isn't good which I think is a nice feature

i had the same isssue, its not an issue with a newer SS engine software, you have to go into your settings and look for where it asks if you want to be a Beta tester, trying out software before the final version is released. once you sign up, the Sonar will just appear 😎

So my Aerox 3 wireless (2022) randomly stopped working last night, it just blinks red. GG says there is a critical update, but every time the update finishes my mouse still doesn't work and it prompts me to update again. I just got my RMA back for my first Aerox 3 two weeks ago and its already acting up again, does anyone have any information on this? The mouse doesn't even work when wired in anymore.

i actually used get this issue everytime i changed a setting or joined a voice channel, apparently had to be with the bandwith limitation of my usb multiport, if you use one of those, try switching to a dedicated port.

using dedicated port, closed all other applications, still happens. Wish it worked like the 7 and didn't need GG. Think it has something to do with SONAR and GG.

unless you want to use bluetooth on your pc, which isnt recommended for gaming, no since the arctis pro wireless needs to have the usb connection for it to be used on whichever device

if you wanted to though, you could always get an extra usb cable for the other device, either your pc or ps5, & keep that plugged in that way all you have to do is move the transmitter around & not the usb

How are the switches? I heard that they feel like cherry red. I have been on browns my entire life and to be fair, i hate them. So that's why I thought going for blues.

The omnipoint on the pro is a neat feature, you can play around with the actuation travel on engine. Switches feel fine, but I've always had cheap cacky membrane keyboards from Amazon or that came with my pc lol

Any more info on that?. Is it only specific apps? Have you had a look at the windows settings?

I tried on a different computer, it works but not on my computer.
There is a problem with the microphone only, the headset works fine

It could be the Windows 10 sound bugs that happened back in january

But yes, obviously check every sound settings related to the mic and see if you can work something out.
