Has anyone had any (successful) experience fixing a SteelSeries mouse? (Sensei Ten or Sensei 310)
My cat ate through both of the wires so I want to know if I can possibly repair them since only the wire is broken, the rest of the mouse if perfectly good. I've ordered a cheap replacement USB cable, which did fit but doesn't work. Unfortunately, SS doesn't sell any replacement cables, so I don't really know if I just got the wrong type of cable, or I can't even replace it myself.

Hi, I have Arctis 5 2019 edition for more than a year and everything was good until suddenly i cant hear 7.1. Firstly I thought I was doing something wrong and I searched for a solution. After few hours without results i send headphones to service and they gave me new headphones but i had same problem. I reinstalled Windows, Steelseries Engine, i changed USB port but nothing. If your PC's motherboard already has a good internal dac like mine does then there's really no need to get the Pros with the GameDAC because they'll sound pretty much identical to anyone who isn't an audiophile

Anything with a 3 pin config will work, it's not a proprietary pcb. Most switches you'll find will have 5 pins, so to make them work you'll have to clip the 2 legs.

Apex 5 only comes with Blue Hybrid Mechanical switches. The Apex Pro has the choice between Omnipoint adjustable switches or the standard blue, red, or brown fully mechanical switches
Although if you don't want Omnipoints there's no reason to go with the Pro if you're just gonna get regular red switches or whatever. If that's the case then save some money and get the Apex 7
