On rival 600, you press the cpi button for 3 seconds and it will calibrate it. Idk if ur mouse has it.

if uve never experienced the feel of all of them, red is smooth, with no feedback, theres no bump or click when the key is pressed, brown has a bump but its not clicky or loud/pronounced unlike blue

Not especially, they have the same spring weight. Browns aren't very tactile so the transition isn't bad.

I went from (Razer) green to red and it took me a few hours to figure out that I don't need to stamp on the keys to activate them. I swear my typing speed went up five wpm.

its a little complicated to explain but will do my best.

I play on ps5 and my clan uses discord. I connect the wired headset via game dac to the ps5 throught the usb c connector on the headset. That leaves the audio jack free so I used jack to connect directly to my phone.

Depends on your preferences and use case. One isn't "better" than the other in terms of sensors or performance. The Areox is lighter and has holes in the body if that's your thing and want a superlight mouse. The Rival 5 is a bit chunkier but has way more buttons which could come in handy depending on what games you play

Good evening guys - out of interest as I still get the odd intermittent connection issues with my 9x when connected to my series x I thought I’d try I connecting it to my controller via a 3.5mm cable. I noticed when I did this however that the mute light doesn’t work or anything on the mic. Does this mean when connected via 3.5mm you can not use the mic? 🎙

And if so does this mean that there is no real point of connecting via wired? If the mic worked I’d happily just stay connected via a wired connection rather than being worried about the wireless connection dropping

That would make sense! I’m not sure as haven’t been connected to a party chat or anything to check that yet but I was gaming on Cold War earlier and didn’t see my mic appear so I’m not entirely sure

on rtings.com, they say that prime, prime+ mice have 18ms and 20ms click latency. i find it weird since its an optical switch. even people on reddit say their readings are false, but i want some sort of confirmation before i buy the mouse😅
