Look at the spec sheets, but they're pretty much the same on paper. The Pros have a higher sensitivity than the Prime but that's not a big enough difference to justify an $80 price increase for the Pros. The Pros have the advantage of having high-res capable drivers though so if you get the GameDac or have a good audio system you'd get better sound out of them vs the Prime

Yeah the wireless comes with a DAC but it mostly just acts as a receiver for the wireless signal. You can plug other things like speakers into it to use the DAC part, but it really only acts as a 2.4ghz adapter if you're only using the headset with it

The DACs themselves (GameDAC and the base station that comes with the Wireless Pros) are probably pretty close to, if not the exact same in terms of processing quality. It really just depends on whether you want wireless or not, but wired audio is always superior to wireless. Wireless just exists as a convenience for people

The Pros and the Pros +DAC are 2 separate products. You can buy the Pros by themselves and the DAC by itself, but if you're planning on getting the DAC then you should just by the Pro + DAC combo
