I game on PC and work on a Mac, so I purchased the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless, primarily because of the swappable batteries and the ability to use bluetooth with my work phone while working on the Mac, which, is a HUGE feature for me to use only one headset instead of the three I currently do. Nope. Sending them back. The stupid hiss/white noise is apparently a common issue. It's 2021 and that's just unacceptable...

Razer stopped making Synapse for Mac, so I can't even change settings for that headset, and while my Corsair Virtuoso SE is still a decent headset, if I can unify everything, that's way worth the money.

Headset mic comparisons exist on YouTube lol but generally speaking SteelSeries mics are fine, nothing special. There are other headsets that have much better mics and other headsets that have worse mics. SteelSeries mics are pretty middle of the road
