The double clicking issues, from what I understand is due to static electricity getting stuck in there.
The mouse needs to be unplugged and the user needs to spam the left and right click a few times to discharge the stuck static energy in there

Depends by how much you're talking about. The sides furthest from the power supply will be a bit dimmer, but it shouldn't be drastically different. My QcK XL had an issue where the RGB on the lower right corner was barley visible at all even compared to the top right corner so I got it RMAd and hopefully the new one won't have the issue (still waiting on it to process thump )
