I have a problem with my arctis 5 headset, if i put the volume scroll wheel on the back of the headset around the middle the sound on my left ear is louder than the right ear. Only if i have the volume wheel on ''loud'' i hear both ears even. Is there a fix for this?

ive had that problem too. to fix it, go to sound settings, playback, select your arctis 5, rightclick and hit "Properties", go to levels, and hit balance

I have an M750 TKL board and Rival 310 mouse that I've been using for 3 years straight with 0 issues. I also have an Arctis 5 that I've been using for over a year with zero issues. Only SteelSeries product I've ever had a problem with is the QcK Prism XL I got last month. The bottom right side RGB zone is super dim compared to the rest of it but I'm in the process of RMAing it to get a replacement

In the end though the number of people complaining about the products are overshadowed by the hundreds of thousands and millions of people that love the products

That doesn't mean that a negative opinion of SteelSeries is less valuable than a positive one, but a company can only grow and become that much better if they get constructive criticism that actually identifies issues with their products so they can then correct them in the future

In 2 to 3 days (around the 25th) I can officially put my SteelSeries Arctis 5 to rest. It's had a long run and one side is able to spin and twist around but I will soon be getting the magestic SteelSeries Arctis Pro × GameDAC. May my Arctis 5 live proudly knowing that it is the first headset I've owned to last 3 or 4 consecutive years without a major failure. It truly will be missed.

The Pro keyboard is great

its great. Keys arent as clicky as for examply cherry blue switches, but still sounds great and deliver enough feedback even with a headset.
The rgb is great and as a site not the hyper x pudding keycaps fit, so if you want to get a brighter experience i can recommend those.

The mousic and loudness control works well and adjusting brightness or settings on the fly is easy with them.
