Only difference between the 5 and 7 should be the switches. The Apex 5 has hybrid mechanical blue switches and the 7 has full mechanical switches with the choices of red, brown, or blue. All the features like the lightning and OLED screen should be the same

Also depends on the kind of grip style you use. That's one of the biggest determiners when choosing a mouse is whether or not it fits in your hand well. That, and weight. I personally would go for the Ten because of the ambi style and the weight vs the 600
