I just got my arctis pro wireless, when I use them by Bluetooth on the phone or on the pc I hear that annoying noise in headphones when not playing sound on it, and when I connect them by the cable this annoying noise disappears, any way to remove this noise when using by Bluetooth? Honestly this thing has survived really well and I haven't even been that nice to it. It's gone through multiple moves just thrown in a cardboard box with a bunch other computer stuff and survived plenty of trips just being thrown into a backpack full of random crap I take with me. I have the Arctis Pro Wireless and I got both types of ear cushions. They got dirty eventually so I tried to clean them by wiping them with a normal cleaning wipe.

And they literally just started to disintegrate and fall apart. Black pieces flaking off.

I'd say check Amazon. I haven't looked for Steel Series but I found nice replacement ear pads for Razor and Corsair headsets.
They're usually pretty cheap and you can't tell the diff from OEM pads.
