Not a troll question but have you tried unplugging the dock and plugging it back in? I've had weird graphical glitches with mine and that always fixes it. Also make sure it's inserted properly.

I don't believe the whole "warehouse maintenance" it seems like they just don't want to work over Christmas, which must mean they have enough money to sustain the company over the Christmas period of not working lol. I understand people not wanting to work over Christmas and that's fine, but least they could do is say that rather than make some excuse about warehouse updates whatever that could mean lol. What's worse is the social media person, someone asked when will orders be allowed and the steelseries Twitter said "if an item is out of stock you can click notify me" completely ignoring that you can't order ANYTHING and it's not due to stock, it's due to them shutting orders.
