Hello, I bought a new Steelseries Arctis 3 Bluetooth headphone, I created an account and I entered the code for 7.1 sound but I still cannot connect my Bluetooth headphones to the SteelSeries Engine 3 program.
I am sending you a photo, my computer sees the headphones, I easily plugged it in, I listen to music and play games, I have no problem with that, but I have a problem that SteelSeries Engine 3 cannot see these headphones.

I had the arctis 7x for a few weeks now and i gotta say im a little disapointed the headset costs over 200 bucks here where i live and it doesent really live up to that price point the speakers are good but the material surrounding them is cheap plastic thats also reflects in the sound quality, the microphone has absolute no noise canceling even tho its advertised as such...

The only thing thats is really good with this headset is the skiband, it makes the headset feel almost weightless

Id like to think if you have the headset on you shouldnt hear your fingers touching it, it probably reflects on the sound aswell
