I have got an answer to my ticket after a day or two the first time but since it didn't help me i responded to the guy helping me and said that his solution didn't help. Well there's a few reasons - Chicago just went back on lockdown, so they're all still struggling with IRL crap. Another reason is when you respond to a ticket, it pushes you back down to the bottom of the list - so don't respond to your ticket as much as possible. Working from home is hard, especially if its a certain case that requires supervisor support - because nobody has set hours, they just work when they can.

Hi good people. I need serious help. I purchased the Arctis Pro + GameDac a month or two ago. I originally intended it to be used on PS5. But now I may want to buy the Series X. Does anyone know if there will ever be full compatibility for it? Or is it a problem with the Series X itself? I know they will release a compatibility patch for PS5 at some point to enable full USB functionality like with PC, but I am hoping it also allows functionality on Xbox Series X.

The firmware update for ps5 is not for compatibility, it's a quality of life update & will add ps5 as a selectable option rather than going through the ps4 setting
