I have an arctis pro. So I'm not entirely sure, only advice I can really give is to contact support via the ticket or try a factory reset and see if that clears. The other option maybe on your settings in discord or Windows.

Hi there, just new here and have questions about the Arctis 9x: Using the audio share feature via the 3.5mm output does it degrade the audio or volume on the ‘master’ headphones or have any reduction in quality on the ‘remote’ headphones?
Is there one volume control for both headphones or do each, master and remote, have control of their own volume while sharing audio?
