but the left side of the headset is more muffed and lower

and cuz of the dac i cant control the balance of the sides

In regard to the latest 3 updates to the GG Software from April 21st up to today April 29th the discord GG Updates channel has announced Version 109.0, 109.1 and 109.2 . . .
my installation has yet to report an update available. I've even used the "Check for updates" button in the About section of GG and it won't show there's an update available. Also if you go to the website to download the GG software, it will still download version 108.1 . . .

So I've had the arctis nova pro wireless now for a few months and I am not happy with it so far
The only Pro, which I dont got it replaced yet, is the swappable battery system, as well that you can rebuy those batteries.
The sound is okayish if tweaked, not the worst, but also not the best

Which I am not happy about: You pay almost 300 euros for it and it comes with very bad earpads, steelseries itself is not selling weave / fabric ones for their so called "high end" headset.

Instead you have to buy earpads for arround 30 euros from third party? U kidding?
Also it is highly uncomfortable for longer periods of time, since its heavier and like I said the earpads are terrible
I mean it gets me medical conditions sometimes where parts of my hear get inflamed cuz of my glasses and the pressure the earpads do to my ears (which is the FIRST Hheadset, that did that to me)

The only presets u find out there are mostly für sonar "game" and sonar "media"
For "Chat" I found here only 3
And u cant use presets for each of them, they are only made for ONE of them, so you would have to screenshot the preset if you would like to use it for e.g. as well on "Chat"

The station itself makes sometimes problems

Like disconnecting my device, not finding it again, need so switch usb port on my mainboard so that it can work again etc.

But my main point that I want to switch is, that I cant use it longterm, I have it now on ears for arround 4 hours, and my ears starting to hurt again

I have a question on my apex pro TKL keyboard if I like wanna put it the purple but I have some keys are there staying a different color when I wanna put it to blue it's like green some keys could I like try to factory resetting it do I need to have to buy a new keyboard because I bought this off a friend and I still have the box does it mean the LEDs are dead or there's a certain way I can do it and then fix it ?

hello to all and good evening, just got me the steel sries elite, as a blind user i am having a problem with using n v d a screen reader with the gg software, when trying to adjust the audio, i just see the bands of the eq but no sliders are visible to adjust with the screen reader. am i doing something rong, since i can adjust my steel sries pro wireless just fine. can some one give me some advice?

Well, since I have a screen reader, it would usually read me the band and then the slider so that I can adjusted the band accordingly. If you guys would like, somehow, I can go into one of the channels, and I can try to see if I can show you guys how I use the screen reader to interact with the application.

Yeah, you’re not doing anything wrong — this is actually a limitation of the software, not you.

The SteelSeries GG app (especially the Sonar / EQ section) isn’t fully accessible with screen readers like NVDA. The EQ “bands” you’re seeing are rendered as visual graph elements, not proper accessible sliders, so NVDA can’t interact with them the way it can with standard UI controls. That’s why your SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless works fine — its controls are exposed differently and are more accessible.

So yeah — not user error, just weak accessibility design 😬

What you can do instead:
Use presets: In GG, there are built-in EQ presets (like bass boost, performance, etc.). These are usually selectable via keyboard even if manual sliders aren’t.
Try tab/arrow navigation anyway: Sometimes hidden controls can still respond to arrow keys even if NVDA doesn’t announce them clearly.
Use hardware controls (if available): Some SteelSeries headsets let you tweak sound directly on the DAC/base station — way more accessible.
Contact support / feedback: SteelSeries does update GG, and accessibility feedback actually matters. If more people report this, it’s more likely to get fixed.
Alternative EQ software: You could use third-party EQ tools that are more screen-reader-friendly instead of relying on GG.

What would be the correct way to report issues with accessibility.

But here’s the funny thing, I’m not using the part of the sonar, I’m actually using the settings within the engine itself, and when I click the button that says Bluetooth, I can see the individual sliders and the adjust, but when it comes to the 2.4 GHz part when I click that button, I can see or hear the different bands like the hertz and the killer hertz men’s, but I do not see the sliders for Syd vans. That’s the weird thing.
