Hey guys. I got an Apex Pro today to finally turn all my peripherals Steelseries. However, I'm a games dev who works from home and I use a KVM to go between my work machines, my own machine, and the consoles I use for work. My old keyboard worked fine but my new one keeps switching off if it's routed through my KVM but fine through my PC- any ideas on why and if I can fix it?

I bought Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wired this week and for some reason I've had small audio popping issues with this headset in two games so far, but not in any other games happened and I haven't had such issues while listening to music or anything. Is there a solution to these popping issues because if this happens in other games too, I'll be returning the headset.

It's really annoying to pay 250 euros for this product in my own country and experience such stupid problems. I'll probably return Steelseries and won't buy any more products from Steelseries.

Okay, so I have had my Arctis Nova 5X for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love them! But I have noticed something tonight. I think the battery might be draining quicker than it should, therefore I don't think I'm getting the advertised 60 hour battery life on a full charge.

I was on Discord (on Xbox) with my friends from about 8:45 until almost midnight and it is now 1:00AM and I was curious where my battery was sitting at, so I connected them to my phone via Bluetooth and it currently shows my battery percentage at 77%.

I only had them connected to the Xbox, with being on discord and having Twitch running in the background. The chat mix dial was all the way to voice and volume level was around 35% to 40%, so I would think there's no way that the headset should be sitting at such a low charge.

I would hate for the battery to be defective since I have already had to return the Arctis Gamebuds I previously had...

I personally believe that the Arctis Nova 3 is one of the best for gaming at the moment

In order for apps to output to the other devices in Sonar, you'll need to route the apps to the specified device. Routing can be done in one of two ways:

1. Use the routing drag and drop interface underneath the audio outputs to simply move any apps playing sounds to the required output

2. Open the Windows sound device by going to Settings > Sound > App Volume and Device Preferences. From this settings menu you can use the dropdown to route any app.

3. If you are having issues with step 2 or step 3 above, you may need to check the app itself for any sound output settings. Some apps like Discord, Spotify, and Apple Music may need to have their outputs changed within their app settings rather than done through Sonar.

If you see the "Sonar did not allow this app to change outputs" error, then step 1 above did not work, and you may need to do step 2 or step 3 to route your audio.

My dongle was in one of my USB-C ports on my laptop for a long time, then it just wouldnt get recognized in that specific port even tho it was previously, so now i have to plug it in the rear port which (Because the dongle has a STUPID design) it covers my Ethernet-port so i have to use Wifi and that lags pretty hard, i feel like something is corrupted and im about to reinstall windows to fix it.

First check if there even are any updates in the Engine section of SteelSeries GG, if yes then you have to connect it via cable and simply update it

And I have buds like this, with 2,4 USB adapter for PC usage from Asus and JBL and their software just work !!!!!!!! No obligatory log in no strange web surfing to find what software do i need to download to make them work and they did work out of the box no connection problems with USB 2,4 adapter

I just purchased a Steelseries Apex Pro TKL keyboard and have a question about switch sensitivitys and faceit/cs2 anticheats.

I have turned Rapid trigger off, since it is not allowed on either platform. My question is, I can adjust the sensitivity for each key and currently have it at the lowest setting there is and it feels amazingly responsive. I don't think I'm fast enough to even mimic Rapid Trigger but is there a chance it could get flagged by the anticheats
? I want it on the fastest response time but don't want to break any rules

i don't believe rapid trigger is disallowed, rapid tap however is. having the actuation distance set very low is not in any way cheating either

rapid trigger does not modify the input like rapid tap, it's just a dynamic actuation point
