You can also try a full reinstall but you'll lose your settings.

It was removed due to a security issue in the underlying api used for it. You can technically use an old version of GG and still have it but can't recommend doing it.

Had GG on a user profile that worked for awhile on windows 11 and then one day that and nvidias app wouldn’t open. Ended up moving back to the admin profile to play hell let loose. Went to download gg app and after install it just won’t open. Same background app open as others have. Tried uninstalling, deleting appdata, forcing ownership of old files and deleting, and I deleted the original user account profile on windows. Cannot get this working. I do really need to do a clean windows install to get his stupid thing to run?

Why are 70% of my steel series clips lagging? Some are fine, and run with 720p 60fps just as i have it in the settings, some are going 3 fps. Any idea?

Oh that sounds like an issue with the headset, I don't think it's supposed to do that. Never had that happen with mine at least and I'm not aware of an option to enable. I'd suggest you either request a replacement from where you bought it or contacting support

i asked this b4 in other channels but nobody seems to know. But discord mic audio acts super weird for me if i use sonar since a few days. Super loud static, my friends hate me. Can kinda fix it by switching audio input on discord a few times
