Yah should have done my research. The only reason I got them was because they had wireless back speakers and a usb C connection. That way I could easily connect it to my thunderbolt dock in the next room without running extra cables haha

I have had an Apex pro for 2 + years now and its still going strong all the magnetic keys work as they should just remember to clean the keyboard and the numpad is not adjustable, its the only SS product i can recommend from my experience , no offence SS.😁

The app launches, that isn't the problem. After I my PC goes back to sleep, I have to select my Sonar defaults. After selecting the first default the screen settings window goes blank and it has a loading pinwheel spinning. I have to close out of the app and reopen it to change the next setting...... It doesn't always happen but it just adds to the issue of having to set my default sound device everytime my PC goes to sleep

After 5 days and 14+ hours of diagnostics, I cannot recommend anyone have the Arctis Pro Nova Wireless headset anymore.

I have had to reinstall every driver and delete every SteelSeries folder each time I start up my PC just to get this headset to function. I have had SteelSeries official support try to help (and they were the only ones who were UNABLE to get the headset to work), Windows support (smart, good ideas), Microsoft Copilot (even the AI had working solutions each time), and HP (knew more about the SteelSeries folders than SteelSeries did).

I loved Sonar when it worked. I loved the headset. It was what I really wanted for my setup but I just can't anymore.

I have bought and returned 3 pairs of this headset in those 5 days because I had given up and thought it was a hardware issue. My problems are so deep with finding a fix that even Copilot told me to just go buy another headset.

If anyone has had a similar experience and found a working permanent solution to prevent the headset from losing all wireless capability on each boot of your PC, please share. I have had an open post in community support (https://discord.com/channels/299040363123965952/1376192853071630336).
