Hey so i just bought the Arctis Pro wirless, i upgraded from the arctis pro (with cable) but when i play csgo it seems like its keeps chaning the sound of the footsteps like the surround sound isnt really working or something, do`s someone know what the problem could be?

When i put the usb or the dongle directly the headsets peeps as it connects, but its not detected as a headsets on laptop or mobiles.. it gets on/off or charged normally, its just not detected as a headsets on any device, not with usb-C not with the dongle nothing is working...

i let the keycaps dry for about 7 hours before putting them back and i didnt use any water or liquids on the keyboard itself

It should default to max volume in Windows for the Sonar Gaming VAD. I've never experienced it lowering the audio for device. It's not just reflecting the audio level set in the Sonar mixer?

Read the support faq message above. But you most likely have a dead blue LED. Try changing all keys to blue and it will most likely turn off. Can't be fixed without a new keyboard so you'd need to contact support or rma it where you bought it (if it's under warranty)

BT audio has come a long way since back in the day. As long as you are close to the source, quality is exceptional. Point is the base has BT and Steelseries worked it so you cannot access it. I do have BT on my PC but was just seeing if it were possible to connect to the base.

hi people I need some help, so i have a new mobo and cpu, 7950x and x870a strix and if i connect my dongle to the type c port or the very top 10gb usb port via the cable everything works but if i use the other usb ports including the 3.0 5gb blue ports and the other exact same 10gb ports below the very top one one that works the caps lock button behave very strangely as in when i press the button it behaves like its not been registered as the arrow on the screen sometimes does not show and the colour does not change on the caps lock and its acts like its not been registered but the key works when pressed. i've done everything too stop hearing myself in the headset too no avail.. so nvm just gonna return the product while i can, im not sure why we need an app running alongside a headset... kinda sketchy privacy-wise... why isn't there just a mic monitoring button or something...

Make your own private discord server and just throw them in there and download them to your phone, I find this method to actually work for much more than just clips literally anything you want to send to your phone you can throw in a private discord server and download or copy/paste

Well I would first verify that your sound settings are set up correctly. It could be an issue where the communication audio is trying to route through your web camera

A fix that worked once was to remove Arctis device from the device manager and reboot (it will reinstall the drivers upon boot. I saw this fix worked once after uninstalling an windows update but mic got buggered again after another window update and I could not get the mic to work. I think my mic is now dead.

lol...that look like my old wireless mouse when it started to act up and was getting worse. I finally pounded the crap out of it on the mouse pad in frustration 😮
Got the Acrtis Pro headset to replace my Acrtis 7 after unable to resolve mic issues. Works well. Only downside is the mute button is more clumsy than the 7. The module it comes with is interesting...getting use to it. The replacable battery is a nice touch for long travels.
