I wouldn't have to argue with software that when I'm playing 2 games at once, I don't need not want them at the same volume. (For starters) But the headset is top notch. Hellooo! I got the headphones and all the audio going into my ears is great but the mic quality is extremely nasally and sounds as if someone is pinching by my nose. Ive tried gg series, all the presets, ive tried voicemod, ive tried volume mixers and setting default etc. Nothing has worked and the headphones still sound really bad quality. when I did that I noticed my device was bluetooth connected to the PC not the Doc, so I paired it to the Doc and removed the bluetooth from the PC. now I can't get sound or my PC to recognize/notice the doc.

however I can confirm the headset is Paired to the Doc now.

I’ve bought the new Arctis Nova Pro Wireless for ps5

After connecting the basestation with the provided usb cable from ps5 to Base station, i use the auxcable (lineout) to my Elgato HD 60 x, wich has been connected to my MacBook Pro with an usb c.

When opening streamlabs everything looks fine, recognise soud etc, but watchers told me that my sound has a latency and the gamechat (trough discord at ps5) sounds robotic,

Anyone here know the fix?
Do I have to change settings in to streamlabs ?
Do I have to use the CHATLINK pro cable?

I have the Aerox 5. The mouse is definitely unconfortable in my hand due to it being a little too flat compared to the Swiftpoint Z mice I am used to, but its usable. The gliders on the bottom are some of the best gliders you'll find on a stock mouse, but will make you worry about slipping due to that. I heavily dislike the side buttons as the grey macro button is low enough that one bump of your keyboard while gaming, and you've activated it. the two other buttons are high enough that you don't accidentially press them, so thats nice.

I liked it, but as someone who's setup requires multiple macros setup on my mouse, I had to purchase the Swiftpoint Z2 and keep the Aerox as a backup.

Also I would recommend getting a Rival version as the open frame will result in skin slowely collecting inside the mouse, its a dumb design.

Hi! I'm looking for advice on which headphones will work for what I'm aiming for.
I bought the Arctis 7P many moons ago, and absolutely love the headset. Unfortunately I didn't realize at the time of purchase that it didn't actually have bluetooth capabilities ( I HAVE to use the dongle on every device).
That said, I'd really like to buy a new headset, but want to make sure I pick one that can do the following:
• connect to my phone without the dongle
• connect to my Switch without the dongle
• connect to my laptop without the dongle
• connect to my desktop WITH dongle

@untold perchas afore mentioned the most versatile i will add alrounder as audio quality based on bt to firestick and iphone not enhanced in anyway and also mic quality is good no complaints . i have mentioned those devices because on a pc the sound can be affected by so many variables to do with the motherboard drivers and sound setup thats my opinion

Choose the sonar gaming as default

And set the rest according to app you use in volume mixer

Browser and streaming apps for media

Music apps for aux

And in discord setting you change it to chat and mic respectively

This way you can freely use ur apps while only having to worry about changing game preset on ur default

That depends on if you need the mic or not because it technically doesn't support Xbox

You have two options, use optical audio from the TV if it supports it, then you can use it wirelessly or you can use the mobile audio cable and plug that into the controller, then you'll have mic sound

Take cable 15, plug it into the headset while the headset is off and then plug in the minijack to your controller

You might be able to use bluetooth while using mobile audio cable but I'm not 100% sure

Why would I test it on my phone? I dont game or use discord on my phone. whether or not it works on my phone is meaningless.
I'm connecting it via usb. it will turn on. The device itself works. It will not show up in windows or steel series as plain arctis wireless pro.
I have tried re-pairing it, notta.
The device has stopped working with windows. One device had not received the update as it was shut down for a month. Come back, it doesnt even show up.

The options that it does show up as do not work

Bluetooth does work with my phone by the way. Its just worthless, I dont use this device as bluetooth.

Check is if you have correct input device on Discord, then see if you are definitely unmuted because you have a mute button on the Nova 1, if neither of those works; search on Google voice recorder and see if that does work

my flexible mic on my arctis nova pro wireless has a hole in the rubber stuff and i can see metal, i guess it's a little hole, but i can't retract the mic any more if i do it doesn't want to come back out because that rip is getting caught on something inside the space and it is making the hole bigger plus it doesn't want to pull out so obviously i am not going to retract it anymore. should i try for a warranty repair or do i have to wait til it like .. quits working?

I really hate things inside of my ears, so I always buy over-ear headphones, I sleep with them too while listening to youtube because they're comfortable and I typically sleep on my back. The reason my arctis 7 broke was, they slipped beside my bed in my sleep, I tugged on them not realizing they weren't rotated flat and it snapped at the plastic rotation joint. What's crazy, I didn't even pull hard either. I was pretty devastated because of how absurdly expensive they were and couldn't afford to replace them. Since then, I switched to Corsair Void pro wireless because they're half the price and the rotation joints are metal

I could define my problem as “miscoloring” for example when I choose white some keys where yellow. The leds they are using are RGB not RGBW so I could tell what color had the problem

That miscoloring is often dead blue LEDs

You can test by using a solid blue color for all keys

and you will most likely see the yellow ones turn off

Whatever youre listening with this will sound muffled due to low frequency overload.
Id recommend lowering to around 5db from 80 to 200 and upping a little bit the 1khz, 2khz and 4 to 6khz for better speech clarity.

Im arriving here just now but for people in trouble Id recommend to take your time to configure your Sonar properly. I took one full day to figure the inputs and outputs of my setup. Some funny things may happen.

The way i change between sound going to my speakers and my headphones is in the Sonar section of steelseries.gg i change the device from my logitech speakers to my arctis 7+ headphones.

That works fine, but i'd like to not have to go to sonar every time i need to change that - i'd like to have a shortcut (possibly on my stream deck) to quickly change between Sonar pointing to my speakers or to my headphones.

I thought I can achieve this by QuickSet, but while quickset allows me to set up different profiles in Sonar - these profiles do not seem to change the output device.

anything i'm missing? Is it just not possible?

My new nova 7p wireless device that I bought 4 days ago has a serious problem.

When I connect my headset to the computer, it connects successfully.

I turn on some music. Everything is fine. But after a short while, there is no sound from the headphones. It happens more when I enter a game.

I opened a topic with customer service. They gave me some advice. I tried it but the problem still persists. It's a very annoying problem and it really turns me off from the Steelseries brand.
