the EQ for the mic, i had to put all to max for my mic to not sound grainy, and my speech would be choppy on discord, it would only pick up parts of what i was saying even though i had discord input sensitivity as low as it could go

was about to refund the headset but my friend helped me figure it out

Question for anyone that may be able to help…I recently just started using moments to capture gaming clips on fivem (gtaRP) and I can’t figure out how to have the clips only capture the audio from my mic in game. The only options I’m currently seeing are to either not have any of my mic audio in the clip or have both my in game mic audio as well as my idle mic audio out of game. I'm having a huge problem with my Arctis Nova Pro Wireless. It's not playing any sound whatsoever, despite the software saying that it's playing sound. The GameDAC system doesn't say that it's picking up any sound, either. I've already posted about this problem in the community support channel, and haven't received any help at all, aside from getting the automated message about the FAQ's.

I've tried everything I can think of to fix this issue, starting with turning the headset off and on again. I tried resetting the whole thing (multiple times) which also did nothing. I've tried messing with the various settings in the software, and none of them are working. Due to all of this, I'm beyond discouraged, and starting to feel like I'm just out the money I spent on this. I'm coming to the general chat as a final last resort. If no one here can fix this, I will consider the money gone, and will never be purchasing a steelseries product again.

i can just say test the headset on USB C laptop or PC otherwise change the adapter, this is the only one thing i can think of. if the dongle itself dont get recognized by the PC then the dongle is broken the adapter is a bad one or broken or the usb port is broken, maybe you changed the bios settings for the USB ports maybe windows update made something, the best you can do is to get a USB-C connection on your PC like buy a case with USB-C

or atleast try the original Adapter cable, maybe you did not paired it right, who knows alot of reasons what can happen with your PC but if the Dongle and headset was working on the pc you have then the dongle is broken get a refund from Steelseries

I hope some day the steelseries dev team adds an ability to boost audio tracks, can use the same volume slider too, default to 100% but you can increase it over that if your audio is too quiet because funny weird audio setups
